Saba Yemen23-06-2025
Mahwit - Saba:
An oratory event was held in Al-Mahwit Province to commemorate Wilayah Day, organized by Al-Mahwit University in coordination with the Education and Scientific Research Sector, Human Rights, and Literacy Programs.
During the event, Al-Mahwit province Deputy Ali Abdulkarim and Dr. Ali Al-Awadhi, Vice President of Al-Mahwit University for Student Affairs, emphasized the importance of reviving this occasion to draw lessons from the life of Imam Ali bin Abi Talib (peace be upon him) and to adopt sincere and serious loyalty as a methodology to confront the tyranny of arrogant powers.
They highlighted that the principle of Wilayah (divinely ordained leadership) serves as a safeguard to protect the nation from deviations and infiltrations. They explained that the crises facing the Islamic world today stem from neglecting this principle, which is the key to dignity, victory, and prosperity.
Abdulkarim and Al-Awadhi stressed that the absence of Wilayah has led to the fragmentation and division of the Ummah (Islamic community). They affirmed that the path to victory and empowerment begins with sincere loyalty to Allah, His Messenger, Imam Ali, and the guiding leaders.

Houthi Militia's Systematic Destruction of Yemen's Economy Exposed

Minister of Information, Culture, and Tourism, Muammar al-Eryani, has revealed shocking figures on the economic impact of the Houthi militia's systematic practices since its coup in 2014. According to Al-Eryani, the militia has looted over $103 billion of the Yemeni people's money and resources, with its leaders accumulating enormous wealth from looting and corruption. The Houthi leaders have used their illicit wealth to buy palaces, villas, and build towers, while millions of Yemenis live in catastrophic humanitarian conditions. The militia has monopolized the oil, gas, and telecommunications trade, swept away the private sector, and imposed taxes and tributes on all economic activities. Al-Eryani stressed that the Houthi militia's refusal to pay state employees' salaries, despite its huge resources, confirms its systematic policy to impoverish, starve, and humiliate Yemenis. The minister emphasized that the militia's actions are aimed at tightening control over the private sector, enriching its leaders, and providing financial support to Iranian-backed militias in the region.

Govt Media Office in Gaza: 124 aid trucks entered Gaza Strip Sunday, most of which were looted

Gaza – Saba: The Government Media Office in the Gaza Strip said on Monday that only 124 aid trucks entered the Gaza Strip yesterday, Sunday, most of which were looted and robbed amidst deliberate security chaos created by the Israeli enemy as part of its policy of "engineering starvation and chaos" aimed at undermining the steadfastness of the Palestinian people. The office said in a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba): "Over the course of 15 days, the total number of aid trucks that entered the Gaza Strip was only 1,334, out of the intended quantity of 9,000. This means that what entered is equivalent to approximately 14% of the actual needs." The statement stressed that the Israeli enemy continues to prevent the entry of sufficient aid trucks, close the crossings, and undermine the work of humanitarian organizations. It added, "We remind you that the Gaza Strip needs more than 600 different aid trucks daily to meet the minimum needs of 2.4 million people, amid the near-total collapse of infrastructure due to the ongoing war and genocide." The government media outlet held the Zionist enemy and its allies fully responsible for the humanitarian catastrophe. The government media called on the United Nations, Arab and Islamic countries, and the international community to take serious action to open the crossings and ensure the flow of aid, especially food, baby formula, and life-saving medicines, and to hold the Zionist enemy accountable for its crimes against civilians.
