Superman Day 6 India Box Office: David Corenswet and Rachel Brosnahan's film drops further, nets Rs 2 crore on Wednesday
Superman collects Rs 2 crore on Day 6
Produced under the banner of DC Studios, Superman started its journey with an opening collection of Rs 6.5 crore. It collected Rs 9 crore and Rs 8.5 crore on Day 2 and Day 3 respectively. On Monday, the David Corenswet starrer fetched Rs 2.25 crore. It then minted Rs 2.75 crore on Day 5, courtesy Tuesday discount offer which facilitates the audience to buy the tickets at subsidized rates.
On Day 6, Superman witnessed a drop in its business while adding Rs 2 crore in its overall collection in India. The cume earnings of the superhero movie now stands at Rs 31 crore at the Indian box office.

Superman to lock horns with Saiyaara
Also featuring Rachel Brosnahan and Nicholas Hoult, Superman is performing on a below average note in India. It should have had a better hold at the Indian box office.
The second weekend will be difficult for James Gunn's directorial as the youth will mostly prefer to watch the upcoming film, Saiyaara. Starring Ahaan Pandey and Aneet Padda, the intense love story is eyeing an opening of Rs 15 crore in India this Friday.
Superman, the second reboot of the Superman film series, clashed with Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyaan and Maalik at the Indian box office.

Even though many don't agree with whatever Netflix is doing in the Indian market, their international shows are doing exceptionally well. After the success of Adolescence and How To Have Sex, their new mini-series Untamed, starring the original Hector of Troy, Eric Bana, is generating buzz. It seems that for the most part Netflix has another winner on their hands, but Untamed is definitely not walking out of the reviews unscathed. Created by Mark L. Smith and Elle Smith, the show follows the story of investigative services branch special agent Kyle Turner (Bana), who is tasked with investigating the death of a female rock climber. While people believe that the climber fell to her death, Turner feels something mysterious is afoot and takes along a rookie agent, Vasquez, to investigate the accident. In the six-episode show, the two give a tour of the entire Yosemite National Park while trying to solve this case, and some reviews suggest that this is just Netflix's attempt to have their own Yellowstone. TV critic Judy Berman from Time Magazine says, 'Almost certainly a product of audiences' addiction to detective procedurals and streamers' desperation to find their own Yellowstone, the series is, as written and acted, mediocre. It's worth watching, though, if you're fascinated by the inner workings of a place like Yosemite.' Apart from this, almost all the reviews maintain the fact that the series has too many clichés present in it that take away that unique punch which it had the potential of packing. While many of the reviews have deemed the series as something which lacks depth, almost all the reviews call the series worth a watch. Aneet Padda, the lead actress of YRF's much-anticipated romantic film - Saiyaara, which is set to release this weekend opens up about the film for the first time. The actress will share the screen with debutant Ahaan Panday. Saiyaara is directed by Mohit Suri and is produced by Yash Raj Films' CEO Akshaye Widhani. The film marks Aneet and Ahaan's first film with YRF. On the eve of the film's release, Aneet shared a heartwarming photo with Mohit and penned a moving note.
