French gained immense recognition for playing CJ Robinson, an undercover FBI agent. Robinson investigates the Osage murders in Martin Scorsese's Killer of the Flower Moon. His final appearance will be in Towpath. This is a historical drama written and directed by Sinacore, where he plays Detective Bernard Crooke.
In a heartfelt tribute, Sinacore wrote, 'Samuel was a dear friend and an incredible actor. Towpath wouldn't exist without him, and the incredible intensity he brought to the role of Det. Hobbs murder suspect at large
HOBBS, New Mexico (KMID/KPEJ) – The Hobbs Police Department has asked for help from the community to find a murder suspect that has been on the run since Friday. According to the HPD, on June 6th, officers were called to the 800 block of East Lincoln after shots were fired. At the scene, officers found two people with gunshot wounds and both victims were taken by EMS to a hospital in Hobbs. One victim was later flown to a hospital where he was treated and released. However, the second victim, identified as 19-year-old Ismael Rios, of Hobbs, died from his injuries. Investigators identified the shooter as 20-year-old Michael Alonzo Wynne Garcia; he was found in his vehicle a few blocks away from the scene but refused to exit his vehicle and sped away as police approached. Investigators have obtained an arrest warrant for Garcia on the following charges: Murder, Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon, and Aggravated Fleeing a Law Enforcement Officer. Garcia was last seen driving a red Toyota Camry with Texas license plate TYL7444. Anyone with information on where Garcia may be found has been asked to call the police at 575-397-9265. 3 injured in shooting outside Irving Waffle House, police say
