Zodiac Signs That Always Forget Important Dates
Remembering birthdays, anniversaries, or scheduled events is not everyone's strength. In astrology, some zodiac signs naturally struggle with dates and reminders. They may have a lot on their mind, live in the moment, or simply not prioritize calendars.
Let's look at the zodiac signs that are most likely to forget important dates.
Sagittarius
Sagittarius is adventurous and constantly on the move. They are free-spirited and not always focused on details like dates or deadlines. It's not that they don't care—they just get easily distracted and often prioritize spontaneity over structure.
Aquarius
Aquarius tends to live in their own world, full of ideas and thoughts.
They might forget important dates simply because their attention is elsewhere. Their independent nature makes them less focused on traditional events and social expectations.
Pisces
Pisces can be dreamy and emotional but also forgetful. They often get lost in their thoughts or emotions and may miss important appointments or occasions. They usually feel bad afterward and try to make up for it in a heartfelt way.
Aries
Aries is fast-paced and action-driven.

They live in the moment and may not remember what's scheduled for next week. They don't intentionally forget—they just don't slow down enough to check their calendar unless reminded.
Gemini
Gemini loves to communicate but can be easily distracted. With their attention jumping from one thing to another, they might forget dates unless they write them down or get constant reminders.
For these signs, forgetting dates isn't a sign of carelessness—it's often due to their busy, scattered, or imaginative nature. Using reminders, planners, or apps can help them stay more organized and connected to the important moments in life.

From skating rinks to skies: Bhopal's Tushita Singh joins IAF as flying officer
Bhopal: In a proud moment for Bhopal, Flying Officer Tushita Singh, a national-level athlete and former Asian Games participant, has been commissioned into the Indian Air Force (IAF) as a transport pilot. Her journey—from a childhood dream nurtured in the bylanes of Bhopal to the skies above India—stands as a powerful testament to determination, discipline, and silent perseverance. Tushita's aspirations were once dismissed by her family as a passing fancy. But growing up in a modest household with no military background, she remained undeterred. Instead, she doubled down on her ambition, fueled by stories of aerial heroism and a relentless drive for excellence. Academically sound and athletically gifted, she excelled in skating, football, and tennis, eventually representing India at the 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou (2023) as part of the women's soft tennis team—facing formidable opponents from Japan, China, Mongolia, and Vietnam. That same fighting spirit carried her through the demanding training at the Air Force Academy, where she topped Stage-I flying training and led the order of merit. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Trouver la stabilité pendant les fluctuations du marché [tout apprendre] eToro Market Updates En savoir plus Undo Today, her commissioning is not just a personal milestone but also a beacon of inspiration for young women from non-military backgrounds. Her commissioning took place during the Combined Graduation Parade (CGP) held at the Air Force Academy (AFA), Dundigal, Hyderabad, marking the culmination of rigorous pre-commissioning training for cadets of both flying and ground duty branches. Air Chief Marshal AP Singh, Chief of the Air Staff (CAS), served as the Reviewing Officer and conferred the President's Commission to the 254 graduating cadets—including both men and women. The ceremony was marked by grandeur, including a precision march past, oath-taking, and enthralling performances by the Akash Ganga skydiving team, the Air Warrior Drill Team, and the Suryakiran Aerobatic Team. Fly-pasts by Pilatus PC-7 MkII, Hawk, Kiran Mk-1, and Chetak aircraft added a stirring finale to the morning. The Air Chief Marshal praised the officers for their dedication and immaculate performance, reminding them of the evolving nature of modern warfare and the IAF's pivotal role as the first responder in times of national crisis. Among other top performers, Flying Officer Rohan Krishnamurti received the President's Plaque and the Chief of the Air Staff Sword of Honour for topping the pilots' course, while Flying Officer Nishtha Vaid received the President's Plaque in the Ground Duty Branch. The ceremony concluded with the newly commissioned officers marching out to martial tunes. As Flying Officer Tushita Singh steps into her role in the IAF, her story continues to inspire—reminding us that even the sky is not the limit when one dares to dream. Over 100 obstacles in Thiruvananthapuram airport approach funnel: AAI data
Thiruvananthapuram: There are over 100 listed obstacles, including trees, buildings, hoardings, cellphone towers and overhead water tanks, in the approach funnel of airport here, as per the electronic terrain and obstacle data published by the Airports Authority of India (AAI). They may not pose an immediate danger, but they can become a serious problem in the event of an emergency, such as a loss of thrust or engine failure suspected in the recent Ahmedabad air crash. In such cases, a pilot will have very little space to manoeuvre the stricken aircraft. Many of these obstacles are 5m to over 15m above the permissible limit in the area. At least 16 of the 131 listed obstacles have been removed, including chimneys, buildings, mobile signal towers, overhead water tanks and communication antennas. The data is meant to serve as a live guide for airlines, pilots and air traffic controllers on the take-off and landing conditions at the airport. A pilot said the obstacles on the approach path do not typically interfere with normal flight operations, but could be a problem if an aircraft faces some emergency and loses altitude. "Obstacles exist around every airport due to residential areas. We have to be careful while flying in," he said. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Giao dịch vàng CFDs với sàn môi giới tin cậy IC Markets Tìm hiểu thêm Undo An air traffic controller explained that obstacles can reduce the usable length of a runway because planes are given specific routing and altitude clearance during approaches to avoid the obstacles. "It's not as serious an issue as bird strikes at Thiruvananthapuram," he said. The airport operator, through AAI, issues no-objection certificates (NoCs) in accordance with the permissible height limits for constructions near the airport. An AAI official said, "People never used to apply for NoCs. That has changed now. But it's still difficult to determine if there's a violation." Pilots often report towers or new constructions that pose a safety risk to air traffic controllers. There is a need to create awareness about obstacles being a potential hazard to air safety and the lives of people living near airports, he added. An airport official said, "Many groups of trees and some buildings were cleared. We have issued notices to several other buildings." Air safety expert and former pilot Capt Mohan Ranganathan stressed that air safety issues must be addressed seriously, given the potential consequences. "...Simply listing obstacles and informing pilots or urging local authorities to act is not enough. Airport authorities must use modern technology to conduct terrain mapping frequently and ensure obstacle removal," he said. In 2019, AAI launched electronic terrain and obstacle data for five airports, including Thiruvananthapuram, to provide accurate information for flight safety. The system helps air traffic controllers design efficient procedures and routes, while allowing airlines to reduce fuel consumption and emissions. However, the govt is yet to expand it to other airports. Follow more information on Air India plane crash in Ahmedabad here . ‘Thrust not achieved… falling… Mayday': Last words of pilot
1 2 Ahmedabad: "Thrust not achieved… falling… Mayday! Mayday! Mayday!" Those were the last words from the cockpit of Air India Flight 171 moments before the Boeing Dreamliner slammed into BJ Medical College hostel in Ahmedabad Thursday afternoon. Ahmedabad police confirmed the pilot's chilling distress call. It reached air traffic control (ATC) seconds before all communication ceased. Top officials said the jet had nearly exhausted the 3.5km runway at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport — longer than the usual 2.5 to 3km needed for a wide-bodied jet. "The longer runway roll hints at a possibility of the aircraft not having adequate thrust for take-off," said a source close to the investigation. "The facts can be ascertained only after the black box is decoded." No earlier warnings were flagged. "There were no requests for runway changes, thrust adjustments or flap reconfigurations. Weather was stable, visibility was clear. Temperature was high, but within operational limits," said an airport source. CCTV footage from the airport confirmed the extended take-off roll. No visual or radar anomalies were noted. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Trade Bitcoin & Ethereum – No Wallet Needed! There was no lapse in coordination between the airline and DGCA, according to sources familiar with operational compliance. "At SVPI airport, we conduct full-scale emergency drills annually, with modular simulations throughout the year," an airport official said. Authorities now await data from the flight data and cockpit voice recorders to piece together what triggered the fatal failure of thrust that doomed the flight.
