Leah Williamson admits England failed to produce their best in defeat to Spain
Alessia Russo had put England ahead on her 50th international appearance, despite Spanish players protesting that Salma Paralluelo had been fouled in the build-up.
But second-half substitute Pina proved to be the difference with two goals in the space of 10 minutes booking Spain's place in October's semi-finals.

England had come into the game on the back of a 6-0 win over Portugal and with the European Championship starting next month, Williamson believes there are 'tweaks' to be made.
'I think in the second half they pressed a bit higher, we struggled, we couldn't keep the ball as well as we had done in the first half. We didn't really have any real threat,' Williamson told ITV Sport.
'Under that much pressure against a top side, sometimes that's what happens, they get to you and win the game.
'I think especially first half was a great display, but for the most part we looked solid and we felt solid.
'We feel good, there's just tweaks that need to be made and it's disappointing because that's a competitive fixture and that's an important campaign to us going forward with rankings and seedings.
'I think you saw maybe the best of us the previous game and just slightly off it today.'

England boss Sarina Wiegman believes her team showed signs of threat throughout the first half.
'Very intense game. Of course we know that they're very tight on the ball,' she added.
'I think we did well, after the first half they had a little more of the ball, but saw we had the ball a lot too.
'I think we could've been a bit tighter and patient in the first half too, but you could see where we could harm them. I think a couple more times we would not have been offside or play a little quicker behind or switch play quicker, we could've harmed them even more.
'Second half they started really quick, they did something different and pressed really high. We had some trouble to get out of the press and keep the ball.

'Of course they brought Pina in and she was very secure with her shots.'
England's attention now turns to Euro 2025 and Wiegman is set to announce her squad for the tournament this week.
The team play Jamaica in a friendly on June 29 before their Euros campaign begins against France in Zurich on July 5.
Wiegman added: 'What you've seen this week is that we had a very good week. Players coming back from injuries, players fighting for positions or minutes or selection and I think that's very positive.
'Some will keep training because they need to train, others will take a couple of days off. Then we move forward and come together get ready for Jamaica, then for France.'

It's not an unhappy group. You see parts of it. You're not in our environment all the time. I'm really happy with where we are now.' Earps, who was set to be second-choice goalkeeper behind Chelsea 's Hannah Hampton, quit 10 days ago with Kirby and Bright both pulling out earlier this week. The latter said her decision was to focus on both her mental and physical wellbeing. And Wiegman, defending her straight-shooter style, said: 'It's sad they are not in the team but at the same time it gives the opportunity for other players to be in the team. 'I'll always cherish what we have had, it's been a long period of time. It's been an incredible journey, lots of highs, and a couple of lows, it's part of football and part of life. I'll never forget that. At this moment, this situation, we've moved on and this is the squad we have now. I'm very happy with the squad.' After three England greats chose not to make themselves available for Euro 2025, Sarina Wiegman has said she does not 'go around the bush' when delivering selection news and that she cannot be responsible for how players react. Having announced her squad for the tournament in Switzerland, with Lauren James and the teenage forward Michelle Agyemang included, England's Dutch head coach defended her leadership style with typical bluntness. England's preparation for Euro 2025, which begins for them against France on July 5, has been rocky. Mary Earps shockingly announced her international retirement last week after losing the No1 spot, and Fran Kirby also decided to retire rather than remain on standby after Wiegman told her she would not make the squad. Then on Wednesday, Millie Bright withdrew from consideration for Euros selection because of physical and mental fatigue. The disruption has led to accusations that Wiegman's forthright approach disillusions players and forces them towards the exit, but the 55-year-old, who led England to glory at Euro 2022 and the World Cup final a year later, brushed off these claims. 'It's really important that I am honest, that I treat people in the right way,' she said. 'Sometimes you have good news and sometimes you don't. I don't go around the bush with that. However, Wiegman believes taking James is 'not a risk' and hopes she will be fit for England's tournament opener against France in Zurich. Agyemang's inclusion means the 19-year-old striker's sharp rise continues after an eye-catching season on loan at Brighton & Hove Albion from Arsenal, and her astonishing England debut in April. He was remanded in custody and was sentenced today. Emmanuel-Thomas has been jailed for four years. A professional footballer who threw it all away." London-born Emmanuel-Thomas came through the academy system at Arsenal. He made it all the way to the first team and appeared in the Premier League. After a series of loan spells, Emmanuel-Thomas enjoyed spells with Ipswich, Bristol City and QPR. He had a spell abroad before joining Livingston in 2020. Emmanuel-Thomas, nicknamed JET, impressed and earned a move to Aberdeen. However, he couldn't replicate his success at Pittodrie and left after less than a year. He failed to score a league goal for the Dons. Emmanuel-Thomas returned to Scotland on a short-term deal in July 2024 before being sacked in mid-September after being charged over his role in the drugs plot. The court heard that the drugs were brought into the UK by the striker's girlfriend, Yasmin Piotrowski. She and Rosie Rowland had flown business class to Stansted on September 2. Emmanuel-Thomas was linked to the discovery by WhatsApp messages, voice notes and pictures. The court was told it was "apparent" he had recruited the women, who were cleared after prosecutors offered no evidence in their case. Emmanuel-Thomas had offered the women £2,500 plus a free holiday to Thailand. After Piotrowska was stopped by border officials, Emmanuel-Thomas messaged Rowland to tell her to "delete everything from our chat if you can". The footballer then travelled to East London on September 5 and replaced his mobile phone. He was dismissed by Morton a couple of weeks later when the situation came to light.
