William Levy arrested for disorderly intoxication at Florida restaurant
The "Resident Evil: The Final Chapter" and "Vuelve a mí" actor, 44, faces misdemeanor charges of disorderly intoxication in a public place and trespassing following his arrest in Weston, Florida, on Monday, according to inmate records.
During a brief Tuesday court appearance, Levy learned his bond was set at $250 per charge.
USA TODAY has reached out to Levy's representatives and the Broward County Sheriff's Department for information.
NBC 6 South Florida and South Florida's Local 10 News reported that Levy's arrest report claimed he was "highly intoxicated and causing a disturbance" at a restaurant and was ordered by a manager not to return. After law enforcement arrived and allegedly asked him multiple times to leave, Levy did not comply, according to the report, and was arrested.
A year ago, Levy's wife of two decades, Elizabeth Gutiérrez, revealed the two had separated.
They share a son, 19-year-old Christopher, and a 15-year-old daughter, Kailey.
After Levy received a barrage of negative social media posts regarding their separation, Gutiérrez defended him from criticism and praised Levy as the father of their children.

Reba McEntire's son Shelby Blackstock writes heartfelt tribute to Brandon Blackstock
Reba McEntire's only son is paying tribute to his half-brother Brandon Blackstock, who died this week at 48. In an Instagram post on Friday, Aug. 8, Shelby Blackstock wrote in his caption that "words cannot begin to capture the tremendous loss our family has endured. Yesterday, we lost a brother, a father, a grandfather, and a son." Blackstock's family confirmed his death in a statement to USA TODAY on Thursday, Aug. 7: "It is with great sadness that we share the news that Brandon Blackstock has passed away," a statement read. In his individual note, the race car driver wrote that his older brother "was an irreplaceable part of our family – funny, bright, and full of life – and he will be deeply missed." Reba McEntire's connection to Kelly Clarkson's ex-husband Brandon Blackstock, explained "He taught me so much, leaving behind countless cherished memories that I will hold onto forever. 'Parent Trap' reunion! Lindsay Lohan explains Elaine Hendrix's 'Freakier Friday' cameo
Elaine Hendrix has long proclaimed that her character in 'The Parent Trap' is not the villain of the 1998 movie, and now Lindsay Lohan is weighing in. Lohan, 39, played dual roles in Disney's remake, starring as twins Hallie and Annie, who were separated when their parents, Nick Parker (Dennis Quaid) and Elizabeth James (Natasha Richardson), divorced. Elizabeth raised Annie in London, while Hallie had her run of Nick's vineyard in Napa. A chance meeting at summer camp reunited the twins, and they switched places in hopes of bringing their parents back together.
