Shoppers race to Asda for Stacey Solomon homeware at a fraction of the price & it's perfect to put away for next Easter
EASTER might be over, but people are already planning for next year's celebrations.
And it seems Asda is the perfect place to go, as the Easter range from the At Home With Stacey Solomon Collection has been slashed to half price.

Danielle took to the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group on Facebook to share a look at the bargains she'd nabbed from the supermarket.
"Asda - Stacey Solomon Easter decorations half price!" she wrote alongside the post.
"Glass egg £1 each, pack of 4 Eggs £2, Easter tree £3.50, Easter table runner £1.25."
People quickly flooded the comments section, with the stunning Easter tree one of the favourites among them.
"Love the tree!" one wrote.
"Need that tree," another added.
"Love these," a third commented.
As another sighed that they'd bought the tree at full price, writing: "Typical these trees are in the sale!"
Others weighed in on the other options in the reduced range, including the gorgeous glass eggs filled with dried flowers.
"The glass eggs are very cute!" one gushed.
"How beautiful!" another said.
"You need to go a different Asda and get more!" a third commented.
"Is this just in certain stores or online too?" someone else said.
"I've tried Google searching the tree and can't find it at all!"
To which another said the sale is just in store.
However, since then, it appears that some of the deals have gone on the website, as the glass eggs are on there for £3.
How Asda has upped it's game
By Fabulous' Fashion Director Tracey Lea Sayer
Take a whizz round the aisles in Asda it is hard not to notice how good the George at Asda clothing range is at the minute.
Add into the mix their recent collaboration with fashion designer Roksanda, celebrating 40 years of London Fashion Week, which is full of the designer's signature colour blocking dresses, oversized Borg fleeces and bold stripe co-ords, it is easy to see why the brand is on fire!
All proceeds from the range go to The British Fashion Council to help promote young designers, so a win win!
There also seems to be a return to quality in the clothing range.
'Style Stories' with fashion influencer Erica Davies is a capsule collection of Autumn must-haves which delivered not only on style, but on great pocket friendly prices starting from £7.
Gorgeous quilted jackets, slogan sweats and a chocolate faux sheepskin flying jacket are among my faves.
Plus, George at Asda has just been crowned with the Best Kidswear in our Fabulous Fashion awards voted for by the Fabulous readers.
Click to buy enables you to shop the whole range online or you can just have a browse while you do the weekly shop.
You are welcome!
Other options, such as Stacey's glass mugs and the £10 pack of four eggs Danielle got for £2 are still full price on the Asda site.
"Honestly my Asda must be the worse for sales," someone else raged.
"I've just been up and not a thing on sale!
"Well done though on your purchases."
Stacey also has cushions, duvet sets, towels and tea towels in her Easter range, with the majority of items still full price on the Asda website.
And while some of the items are very Easter orientated, and perfect to put away for next year, others - such as the daisy collection - are spring-themed and look incredible in the home at this time of the year.

Joe Swash in 'bizarre' confession about family life with Stacey Solomon
Former EastEnders star Joe Swash has lifted the lid on family life with wife Stacey Solomon and their six children. Joe Swash has opened up about his busy family life in his and Stacey Solomon's home, 'Pickle Cottage' in Essex and their six children Rex, six, Rose, three, and Belle, two. They also have Joe's son Harry, 17, and Stacey's sons Zachary, 17, and Leighton, 13. In an exclusive chat with OK!, the former I'm A Celeb winner spoke candidly about how losing his own dad at the age of 12 influenced the type of parent he's become. With their BBC show Stacey and Joe, which gives insight into their lives at Pickle Cottage, it's safe to say that the whole family are stars. But Joe admits that Stacey and himself don't dabble too much into the world of celebs when they're off the clock. In fact, he deemed this element of their family life 'bizarre'. He told OK: "To be honest, I think me and Stacey find it quite bizarre. We don't really flirt with the showbiz world – we very rarely go to openings and stuff. When me and Stacey are at work, we're at work – then when we're at home we just shut the door like any other family. "My dad was a London taxi driver and he'd come home for the evening and he'd shut the door and he wasn't a London taxi driver any more, he was just my dad. It's the same for me and Stacey and, although we both love what we do and feel so privileged to do it, when we come home our jobs are irrelevant." Although both parents work long and hard at their jobs in showbiz, they value an extended period of family time during the summer holidays. Joe explained: "We get so excited because we spend so much of the year with the kids going to school, the clubs, me and Stacey working, so we always take a chunk of time off for the summer holidays. It's our way of reconnecting as a family. Those holidays are really important to us." When asked if it was difficult to coordinate their calendars amid both of their busy schedules, the former EastEnders star said: "We do because what's the point in working all year if you can't get a chunk of time off together? We know once the summer's gone they're back to school, another school year older, so we want to make the most of it." He also spoke of happy childhood memories with his own dad, saying: "We didn't know how short our time was going to be with our dad, so those are really happy memories. We would get a caravan, hook it up to the car and drive it to a campsite in the South of France for four weeks. "It's the sort of thing that Stacey and I are trying to provide for our kids. It's what I hunger for and look back on with really fond memories." With so many kids in the house of different ages and personalities, Joe says it's important for them to make everybody in the family feel valued. He said: "The most important thing is making time for them, and their own hobbies and interests. We're at a point now where Rex loves his tennis, and Rose and Belle are into their dancing, and Zachary loves his cars – so they're all very different. We try to make sure they know that me and their mum know about their interests and no one is ever overlooked. "Then when they get time together – the older ones and the younger ones – they love it. It's amazing to see them all having fun, playing in the pool or whatever. We have moments where we're just like, 'Wow, look at this!' It's amazing." When asked if he was proud of the dad he had become, Joe confessed that he didn't think he was there quite yet. He admitted: I'm very much still in the midst of the kids growing up and they've all got different needs and are at different stages. I'm maybe too much in the moment to step back and think, 'Oh, that was good.' "I think in a couple of years' time, once the kids have all sort of found themselves, found their feet a bit more and established themselves a bit more, I'll be able to look back and think, 'Yeah, that was good.' "I'm learning all the time as a parent too and I don't think there's a real right or wrong way to do it. So maybe that's one for the future because I would love to look back at this time and feel proud." Join the Daily Record WhatsApp community! Supermarket's 28p own-brand Diet Coke is ‘so good' you can't tell difference
If you're a Diet Coke fan, I have no doubt that you take your allegiance to the fizzy drink very seriously. So the idea of swapping out the branded version for a supermarket own-brand cola might feel like a personal attack. But often these versions are much cheaper than the real thing, so we decided to put them to the test to see if we could save ourselves some money when it comes to our carbonated addiction. We tried five supermarket own-brand Diet Colas and while none of them were deemed to be better than the original, a bargain retailer had a surprising gem that was on par. Keep on reading to find out which drinks we liked and which didn't go down as well, starting with the least enjoyable and ending with the top scorer… Sorry Tesco, but your Diet Cola has nothing on the real thing. I could instantly tell wasn't actual Diet Coke – it just tastes fake. I don't think I'd be able to make it through an entire can… Reviewed by Kristina Beanland, lifestlye editor Rating: 2/5 This will probably sound a bit odd, but Asda's Diet Cola tastes thinner than the other drinks in this taste test. Almost like it's been watered down a little bit? It's notably less artificially sweet than the Tesco one, but certainly not the best of the bunch. Reviewed by Courtney Pochin, specialist food writer Rating: 2.5/5 For 49p, this one from Sainsbury's is a solid option if you're looking to save money. It's not anywhere near as crisp and fizzy as Diet Coke, but it's got a good flavour and doesn't taste too sweet. Reviewed by Courtney Pochin Rating: 3/5 Lidl Freeway Diet Cola, 49p for 2L bottle or £1.79 for a six-pack of cans Lidl came out on top in our full fat Coca-Cola taste test recently, but the retailer has just missed out on the top spot in this one. The Freeway Diet Cola doesn't have as much fizz and actualy tastes a bit flat, which is a shame as the drink itself is pretty nice with just the right level of sweetness – I'd definitely have another one. Reviewed by Courtney Pochin Rating: 4/5 Aldi Diet Vive, £1.69 for six pack (28p a can) As a Diet Coke superfan, it would take a lot for me to give up my favourite drink, but I might be willing (on occasion) to swap it for Aldi's version which is very good. More Trending It's really hard to distinguish between the two and in a blind taste test of both it took a while to work out which was which. The difference is so subtle, and again it just comes down to a little less fizz in the Diet Vive. Reviewed by Kristina Beanland View More » Rating: 4.5/5 Do you have a story to share?
