Israeli-born Gal Gadot has resumed filming her new movie The Runner after pro-Palestine protesters disrupted the production over the weekend.
Activists disrupted filming on Sunday morning as chants of 'Gal Gadot not welcome here' and 'Gal Gadot you can't hide' were heard as the actress was filming in the streets of London.
The actress, who served in the Israel Defense Forces, has previously been vocal in her support of Israel's invasion of Gaza following the October 7 Hamas attacks.
Protesters wore keffiyehs over their faces and clanged metal saucepan lids while shouting from megaphones on Waterloo Bridge.
Sirens blared out of megaphones as the gathering protestors waved Palestinian flags and dangled a red banner over the railings with 'Stop Starving Gaza ' written in white letters.
Gadot could be seen chatting with other crew members as protesters screamed at her from the other side of the bridge: 'Gal Gadot, shame on you.'
Scotland Yard officers were called to the area and swiftly moved the protesters away without making any arrest.
Despite the interruption over the weekend, Gadot was seen back on set today in running gear filming an intense chase scenes through the streets of Kentish Town.
The production team has not issued a public statement regarding the protests, but filming is set to continue under heightened security measures.
In 2004, an 18-year-old Gadot was named 54th Miss Israel and went on to represent Israel at Miss Universe.
A week after passing on the crown the following year she was conscripted into the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).
Gadot served in the IDF for two years, including during the 2006 Israel-Lebanon.
'It was demanding because you give up your freedom for two years but there is something special in giving back to your community,' she told Fashion Magazine in 2016.
Following her time in the IDF, the actress has gone on to star as Wonder Woman in the DC Extended Universe films and in several Fast and Furious films
Her new movie, the Runner centres on her character, a high-flying attorney, who has to race through London to try to save her abducted son.
It is being produced by David Kosse via his new London-based production company Rockwood Pictures.
Pro-Palestine activists have been repeatedly targeting Gadot's filming in London.
The latest rally is the second in eight days with protestors last holding up the set in Moorgate.
A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said: 'Police were called to reports of a small group of protesters on Waterloo Bridge at 8.42am on Sunday, 18 May.
'Officers arrived swiftly and moved them on. No arrests were made.'
On Saturday night, Gadot posted a short clip on her Instagram account of her chatting with Israel's Eurovision entrant and Nova Festival massacre survivor Yuval Raphael.
Speaking in Hebrew, Gadot said according to The Jerusalem Post: 'Celebrate your creation, it's a creation of love and of so much light.'
Yuval reposted the video on her Instagram alongside a heart emoji and the message: 'Gal thank you so much!!
'This call made me so much stronger, you are called Wonder Woman for a reason.'
Meanwhile, last Tuesday Gadot's Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony was hit by warring protestors amid ongoing controversy over her 'woke' film Snow White.
Recent claims emerged that a feud was brewing between Gadot and Zegler - who is pro-Palestine - over their opposing stances on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Zegler was tellingly not in attendance at the ceremony
The actress, who plays the Evil Queen in the live action remake alongside Rachel Zegler's Snow White, looked delighted as she arrived to receive the accolade - but outside the barriers, drama was unfolding.
In dramatic video captured by, police were seen running after a member of the public amid claims 'a pro-Palestine protestor stole a pro-Israel protester's flag.'
Pro-Palestine protestors had gathered outside the ceremony carrying signs reading: 'Heroes fight like Palestinians' and 'Viva Viva Palestina.' Israeli actress Gadot who formerly served in the IDF - is staunchly pro-Israel.
The unidentified man was seen being grabbed by police and pushed against a wall, as screams rang out from the crowd.
Recent claims emerged that a feud was brewing between Gadot and Zegler - who is pro-Palestine - over their opposing stances on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Zegler was tellingly not in attendance at the ceremony.
Gadot seemed unaware of the altercation unfolding outside as she posed with her husband Jaron Varsano and their four daughters, as well as Fast & Furious co-star Vin Diesel and Wonder Woman director Patti Jenkins.
In an interview published last Tuesday with Variety, Gadot spoke about how she felt compelled to speak out on politics after the October 7 2023 Hamas-led attack on Israel.
She said: 'After October 7th [2023], I don't talk politics — because who cares about the celebrity talking about politics? I'm an artist. I want to entertain people.
Production was previously halted when activists interrupted filming, chanting slogans and waving Palestinian flags
'I want to bring hope and be a beacon of light whenever I say anything about the world.
'But on October 7th, when people were abducted from their homes, from their beds, men, women, children, elderly, Holocaust survivors, were going through the horrors of what happened that day, I could not be silent.
'I'm not a hater. I'm a grandchild of a Holocaust survivor who came to Israel and established his family from scratch after his entire family was erased in Auschwitz.
'And on the other side of my family, I'm eighth generation Israeli. I'm an indigenous person of Israel.
'I am all about humanity and I felt like I had to advocate for the hostages.'
'I am praying for better days for all,' she continues.

Naomi Campbell claims she has been 'misunderstood' by the public and reveals the lessons she wants to pass down to her children as she poses for striking cover shoot

Naomi Campbell insisted she has been 'misunderstood' by the public as she posed for a striking cover shoot with Dazed magazine. The model, 46, is as well known for her diva attitude as she is for striking good looks, but claimed that as a Gemini star sign, there are 'two sides' to her, mainly through exhibiting introverted and extroverted behaviour. She mused: 'That's where Geminis are misunderstood, but we are the ultimate communicators and connectors... 'I can't please everybody. All that I do is transparent, and I am very loyal to the people I love. I care about the people I love. I value my long relationships. 'In friendships, I don't have time for the word "frivolous". I don't associate with that word, it's not who I am. When I care, I care… but don't mistake my kindness for weakness.' From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new Showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. Talk also turned to the lessons that she was hoping to impart on her children. The supermodel shocked the world when she announced the surprise birth of her daughter in 2021, followed by a son in 2023, both of whose names the catwalk queen has not made public. Discussing her parenting approach, she mused: 'I want to pass on the inner strength, the discipline. Pass on the things that were shared with me from my grandmother, my aunts and my mother. The most important thing for me is for my kids to be happy.' She added that she felt 'blessed' to be able to travel and see the world with her children like she had down with her own mother. Alongside the interview, Naomi posed for a striking photoshoot that saw her model an array of skimpy ensembles. She transformed into a butterfly for the cover snap, posing in a skintight mini dress and boasting large yellow wings. Naomi wore beads in her long dark hair for the shoot, while flashing her toned legs in a ruffled yellow gown. Another stunning snap saw her pose braless beneath a beaded mesh dress. Naomi wore beads in her long dark hair for the shoot, while flashing her toned legs in a ruffled yellow gown Naomi confirmed last year that she welcomed both her children via surrogate after becoming a mother for the first time in 2021 aged 50 and posed with the newborn on the cover of Vogue. She previously admitted that her daughter wasn't adopted before clarifying that she hadn't been pregnant herself as she discussed how much her children mean to her. Telling The Times: 'My babies are everything to me. It's made me fear for the future.' Naomi went on to explain that she was never looking for a father for her kids and is happy being 'a single mother of a single mum'. When asked whether she used a surrogate she replied: 'I did. I hope for a better world for my children. They are 110 per cent my priority. I have to be there for them on their first day at school.' Her daughter's arrival sparked widespread speculation that she used a surrogate, a popular approach among older celebrity mothers, because she was not spotted with an obvious baby bump in the months leading up to the birth. Naomi also spoke of her concern that younger generations are not interested in having children and she insisted parenthood is always 'worth it', no matter how difficult the circumstances. She said: 'I have heard a lot of young girls saying that it is too expensive to have children and they may not want them, and I have said, "You will change your mind. You will want to be a mum"'. 'I understand economically it is tough. But my mum had nothing and she made it work. It's worth it. It is so amazing'. She continued: 'We have to depend on the younger generation to change this world. I trust my children more than us to do the right thing.' Elsewhere in the interview, she revealed that she won't let her daughter go into the world of work at 15 like she did, after starting her own career in her teenage years when she did her first cover shoot. The beauty, who was whisked abroad to model in her first photoshoot for Elle in New Orleans aged 15, said she would be uncomfortable with her now three-year-old to start working so young. The mother-of-two said: 'I'm not sure I would let her start working at 15. It's a ruthless world.'

Freddy Brazier 'skips brother Bobby's family birthday bash' amid feud with dad Jeff - as he admits he's 'sad all the time' in new TikTok video following mental health battle

Freddy Brazier has reportedly skipped his brother Bobby's birthday bash amid his feud with dad Jeff Brazier over his relationship with grandmother Jackiey Budden - as he admitted he's sad in a new TikTok video. EastEnders star Bobby turned 22 on June 2, and while other loved ones including his father and step-mum Kate were present, his sibling was noticeably absent. Despite Freddy acknowledging the birthday online, it is said that there was 'sadness' felt by the family that Freddy wasn't there to celebrate in person. Freddy was seen this week smoking suspicious looking cigarettes with Jackiey who he is said to now be living with. A source told The Sun: 'It was a really nice family occasion but everyone really missed Freddie. 'He was of course invited but he is making his feelings quite clear at the moment about who he wants to be spending time with.' From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new Showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. They added: 'He did acknowledge that Bobby's birthday online but there was some sadness that he wasn't there with his brother.' MailOnline have contacted representatives of Freddie for comment. Meanwhile, Freddie sparked concern after he shared a TikTok implying he's 'sad all the time'. A clip featuring personal photos containing images including brother Bobby and late mum Freddie, featured words that read: 'I feel sad all the time. I'm not the person I was!' The video, set to a heartbreaking audio of a man expressing his sadness, Freddie's video continued with statements from the audio which said: 'I lost most of me and all the good stuff, all the happiness enjoying, I feel like I'm nothing you know?' 'People think I'm sort of OK you know? Like, I'm getting on with it, I'm snarky now and get, and this is a lapse. But it's not! This is me all the time now. 'I'm not well but I remember what it was like to be normal so I do an impression of that. 'But this is what I really am and I want to be normal again. But I'm weak you know?' Captioning his post, Freddie penned: 'As a man, I bottle up my emotions and hide my feelings away. I rarely let them out to play. With all that's going on in the media right now emotions are high. Feelings are being felt and thoughts are being heard and played out.' He then asked his male followers how they were mentally and urged them to speak out about how they felt and what's 'hurting them'. His post was met with a plethora of supportive messages from fans. It was revealed last month that Jeff is taking action in an attempt to legally block contact between Freddy and the mother of the late Big Brother star Jackiey Budden amid concerns over his welfare. Jeff, shared both Freddy, 20, and Strictly's Bobby with the late Jade Goody who tragically died in 2009 from cervical cancer aged just 27. Jeff has hired a leading barrister for the upcoming hearing which is the latest in part of a long-running feud between Jackiey and Jeff. Speaking to MailOnline from her ground floor flat in Bermondsey, south east London, last month, Jackiey hit out at the proceedings. She said: 'I know what this is all about. It (the situation with Jeff) doesn't matter. It doesn't matter.' She asked: 'Do I want to see Freddy? Of course I do. I see Freddy all of the time. I will see him.' One neighbour said: 'I feel sorry for Jackiey. She's been through so much. It's a complex situation. I just hope they can be all together again as a family. Her grandchildren mean the world to her.' They added: 'How did it come to this that lawyers are apparently involved? She wants to be the best gran she can be to those boys.' It was reported that Jeff has launched legal action in a bid to keep Freddy 'safe' from Jackiey. According to The Sun Jeff is now attempting to block any contact between his youngest son and grandmother, 68, claiming the relationship has been 'incredibly detrimental'. He is also said to have hired a top barrister for the upcoming hearings with a source insisting Jeff's actions prove just how 'concerned' he is.
