12 Celebrities Who Charged High Prices For Products
Whether it's a merch item no one asked for, or a fast food themed pillow that costs five times the amount of your meal, these are the most hilariously overpriced and unhinged items celebrities have sold to their fans.
Frank Ocean: $25,570 "XXXL H-Bone Ring"
In 2022, Frank Oceans' luxury brand Homer released a collection of diamond encrusted accessories, one of which was the "XXXL H-Bone Ring." This luxury NSFW ring was casually dropped and somehow forgotten after just three years. But I'll never forget, Frank.
Gwyneth Paltrow: $75 "This Smells Like My Vagina" Candle
If you weren't already aware, Gwyneth Paltrow owns a wellness brand named Goop, which is known for some very unconventional products. The "This Smells Like My Vagina" candle was sold at $75 back in 2020, and of course, it sold out almost instantly. If you think this is weird, wait till you hear about her jade egg controversy...
KISS: $3,900 "KISS Forever" Branded Coffin
Back in the day, KISS slapped their name on literally anything possible. From waffle makers to pinball machines, they have been through it all. Released in 2001, the KISS casket is exactly what it sounds like: a branded coffin designed for fans. It's even been gifted to rock 'n' rollers who have chosen to be buried in them.
Travis Scott: $90 McDonald's McNugget Pillow
In 2020, Travis Scott sold a 3-foot long McDonald's McNugget shaped pillow for a whopping price of $90. It was a huge success, although we can't say the same for the pillow's quality. After shipping to fans' doors, many commented having buyer's remorse. Yikes...
Eminem: $313 Bricks
To mark the 16th anniversary of "The Marshall Mathers LP" in 2016, Eminem sold actual bricks from his demolished childhood home for $313 each. A portion of the proceeds went to the Marshall Mathers Foundation, so at least it was partly for a good cause.
Rihanna: $25 'Ketchup or Makeup?' Lip Gloss
In a collab with MSCHF, Rihanna's makeup brand, Fenty Beauty, launched a set of six ketchup-style packets in 2022 — five containing lip gloss, and one with actual ketchup. Although this is the cheapest item on the list, is $25 worth it for a spec of usable lip gloss and a possible ketchup mishap? That's debatable.
Justin Timberlake: $350 'Livin' Off the Land' Axe
Yes, you read that right. During his "Man of the Woods" era in 2018, Justin Timberlake held a pop-up merch store filled with items relating to his new album. One of which was an axe that he sold for $350. At least he was catering to a specific audience?
Paris Hilton: $30 "Unicorn Mist"
This glittery facial spray was marketed as an "all-natural" pre-makeup refresher in 2017. In reality, the spray contained irritating ingredients. Not hot, Paris.
Taylor Swift: $400 Acoustic Guitar
In 2024, Taylor Swift's merch drop included a $50 soy candle, a $120 "Cowboy Like Me" jacket, and Taylor Swift branded acoustic guitars — all of which sparked controversy for being overpriced and questionably made. Hope there wasn't any "Bad Blood" with fans at those prices!
DJ Khaled: $55 "Another One" Slides
In 2015, DJ Khaled launched some iconic rubber slides. With three colour options and classic DJ Khaled sayings like "Another One" and "Bless Up," the famous record producer had EVERYONE covered.
Kim Kardashian: $98 Butt-Shaped Pool Floatie
In the late 2010s, Kim Kardashian was profiting off of everything mobile-related — From emojis to her hit game: "Kim Kardashian: Hollywood." In 2017, she dropped one of her most iconic merch items ever: the butt-shaped pool floatie — inspired by her Kimoji, of course — retailing for $98!
Grimes: $300,000 "Newborn 2" NFT Art
Grimes dove headfirst into NFTs in 2021 with her digital art collection "WarNymph" — a cyber-baby series that somehow brought her a total of $5.8 million from just 10 pieces. One of the works, "Newborn 2," was initially traded for $300,000 and later relisted for $2.5 million. Now those are some wild stats.
So there you have it, celebrities are out here monetizing the most absurd ideas. I'm both confused yet impressed that most of these items sold out at the time of their releases...

Ozzy Osbourne Doubles His Total Hits On One Chart Following His Death
Ozzy Osbourne's chart run in his home country of the United Kingdom has been nothing short of historic since his passing in July. As both a soloist and a member of Black Sabbath, he's reached new peaks, collected major wins on the albums rankings, and watched some of his most successful songs climb to never-before-seen high points or debut on tallies they'd never touched before. Weeks after his death, listeners in the rocker's home country still haven't moved on, and they continue to send Osbourne classics to charts that, in many cases, have never hosted them. 'Crazy Train' Becomes a Streaming Smash Four of Osbourne's solo cuts debut in the U.K. this frame. Three appear on just one ranking, while another, 'Crazy Train,' surges to new highs on several lists, finds a new home on another, and becomes a milestone hit for the late rocker. 'Crazy Train' arrives on the Official Streaming chart at No. 49, making it one of the 50 most-played songs of any style or language in the U.K. Osbourne earns just his second career hit as a soloist on that list, following his 2019 debut with Post Malone and Travis Scott on 'Take What You Want.' That track is also back this week, returning to both the Official Single Sales and Official Singles Downloads charts simultaneously. 'Crazy Train' Jumps on Several Charts As it opens on the streaming-only tally, 'Crazy Train' leaps on several other rankings. The track breaks into the top 10 for the first time on the Official Singles Downloads chart, improving from No. 13 to No. 9. On the Official Single Sales roster, it comes close to that tier, moving from No. 14 to No. 11. The smash also climbs to a new high point on the main songs tally, pushing north to No. 25, while holding at its all-time best of No. 3 on the Official Rock & Metal Singles list. 'Bark at the Moon' and 'Mr. Crowley' Debut Two more Osbourne favorites, 'Bark at the Moon' and 'Mr. Crowley,' make their first appearances on the Official Rock & Metal Singles chart, entering at Nos. 27 and 38, respectively. As they arrive, Osbourne as a soloist has now placed a milestone 10 tracks on the list of the bestselling rock songs in the country. Ozzy Osbourne Owns More Than 10% of One Chart This week, Osbourne occupies more than 12% of the entire Official Rock & Metal Singles chart, and that number doesn't take into account Black Sabbath's current wins. 'Mr. Crowley' and 'Bark at the Moon' are joined by 'Crazy Train' at No. 3, while 'Mama, I'm Coming Home' and 'No More Tears' rise to new peaks of Nos. 4 and 5, respectively. 'Hellraiser' Returns to Physical Singles Chart Another classic, 'Hellraiser,' barely manages to reach the Official Physical Singles chart for the first time. The 100-spot tally welcomes the tune at No. 100. Osbourne has now scored eight hits on the list of the top-selling physical singles in the U.K., and he returns posthumously for the first time in 14 years. His previous most recent debut came in April 2011 with 'Flying High Again.'

XO, Kitty Season 3: Release window, cast updates and plot details
By Aman Shukla Published on August 8, 2025, 18:00 IST Last updated August 8, 2025, 11:03 IST Alright, XO, Kitty fans, buckle up because Season 3 is coming, and it's got everyone buzzing! This To All the Boys spinoff has us hooked with its swoony romance, messy drama, and Seoul's gorgeous vibes. After that wild Season 2 cliffhanger, the fandom's desperate for details. So, here's the scoop on the release window, cast updates, and juicy plot hints for XO, Kitty Season 3. Let's dive in! When Can We Binge XO, Kitty Season 3? Netflix dropped the big news on Valentine's Day 2025, confirming Season 3 is happening, and fans lost it! Filming started in Seoul back in April 2025 and wrapped up by July, according to some sneaky Instagram posts from the cast. Now that they're in post-production, the show's likely hitting Netflix in early 2026. March 2026 feels like the sweet spot, based on how fast Netflix usually turns things around and the chatter on X. A trailer might pop up around February 2026 to tease us—keep your eyes glued to Netflix's socials for that drop! Who's in the XO, Kitty Season 3 Cast? Returning Faves and New Faces The KISS crew is back, and thank goodness because we can't get enough of them! Anna Cathcart is front and center as Kitty Song Covey, serving up her chaotic, lovable energy. The main squad's returning too: Minyeong Choi as Dae, Sang Heon Lee as the swoon-worthy Min Ho, Gia Kim as Yuri, Anthony Keyvan as Q, Peter Thurnwald as Alex, Regan Aliyah as Juliana, Sasha Bhasin as Praveena, Joshua Lee as Jin, and Han Bi Ryu as Eunice. Big news—Hojo Shin, who plays Jiwon, got bumped up to series regular, so expect more from her this season! Three newbies are joining the party, and they're already sparking theories. Sule Thelwell (from Saint X ) is playing Marius, Soy Kim ( Like a French Film ) is Yisoo, and Christine Hwang ( Law and Order: SVU ) is Gigi. X posts are hyping Marius as a potential troublemaker—some fans are side-eyeing him, saying he might mess with our faves. Could he stir up drama for Kitty or Min Ho? And what about Yisoo and Gigi? The fandom's already placing bets on who they'll vibe with (or clash with). Oh, and don't sleep on the To All the Boys cameo potential! Noah Centineo's Peter Kavinsky showed up in Season 2, and fans are begging for more familiar faces. Nothing's confirmed, but Jenny Han loves tossing in surprises, so fingers crossed! What's the Plot for XO, Kitty Season 3 ? Season 2 ended with a mic-drop moment—Kitty finally admitted her feelings for Min Ho right before summer break. The slow-burn 'KittyMin' ship is sailing, and Season 3's ready to turn up the heat! Showrunner Valentina Garza, who stepped in for Jessica O'Toole, teased a 'summer of love' vibe, starting with a never-before-seen summer episode. Picture Kitty chasing romance, dodging drama, and probably causing some too. Garza even promised 'lots of kissing,' so brace for sparks! Kitty's senior year at the Korean Independent School of Seoul (KISS) is gonna be wild. She asked to tag along on Min Ho's family music tour, so will they finally become a thing, or will bad timing strike again? Season 2 dug into Kitty's bisexuality and her bond with Yuri, but Anna Cathcart told Tudum that storyline might chill for now, with the spotlight on Kitty and Min Ho's chemistry. Still, new characters like Marius, Yisoo, and Gigi could throw curveballs—maybe a love triangle or two? Kitty's also on a mission to learn more about her late mom's past, building on Season 2's family moments. Expect heartfelt scenes mixed with classic KISS chaos—think betrayals, squad goals, and those emotional punches Jenny Han's stories always deliver. With Garza steering the ship, the writing's bound to be sharp and soulful. Ahmedabad Plane Crash Aman Shukla is a post-graduate in mass communication . EA's "Madden 26" plagued with massive launch day errors
EA's first day of "Madden 26" was anything but a touchdown. The big picture: The annual football video game's launch day was slammed by a number of errors that left gamers twiddling their thumbs instead of flicking the sticks. Are EA servers down for "Madden 26" launch? Driving the news:"Madden NFL 26" became available Thursday at noon ET for those who preordered the game and paid for early access. However, many users reported being unable to enter the game. Others said that their video game consoles didn't show that the game had been purchased. "I went to the trouble of uninstalling the Preorder version of Madden 26, and now I've installed the EA Play Trial and I can't even get in due to the servers," wrote one Twitch streamer on X. "Can't even get in the main menu. What a joke," wrote another. Reality check: EA's sever status page listed the "Madden" sever as "online" by Thursday afternoon. Football fans still struggled to enter the game. EA addresses "Madden 26" issues What they're saying: EA acknowledged Thursday that some Xbox users who purchased the "MVP Bundle" — a combo of "Madden" and " College Football 26" — faced issues logging into the game. "We're working closely with Microsoft and plan to resolve this as soon as possible," Madden's developers said in an X post. Xbox users were advised by Madden's developers to do a hard reset of their console before attempting to play. And on Thursday afternoon, Madden's developers said they were "going to perform server maintenance to address a specific issue" for all users, which would turn off the game for most players. "During this time, all online modes will be temporarily offline until maintenance is completed," the account said. Representatives for EA did not respond to Axios' request for comment on Thursday. "Madden 26" works for some gamers Despite the hiccups, plenty of gamers found their way into "Madden" on launch day. Players posted clips from different modes, showing running backs weaving through defenses and quarterbacks making Hail Mary throws. They also listened to game's soundtrack features songs from Kendrick Lamar, Travis Scott, Drake and Chappell Roan.
