Livvy Dunne and Paul Skenes touch down in Atlanta for MLB All-Star Game after flying in on luxury private jet
Social media sensation, Sports Illustrated swimsuit model, and former college gymnast Livvy Dunne is back in the Deep South for one of the biggest American sports events of the year. Dunne and her boyfriend, Pittsburgh Pirates pitching ace Paul Skenes, are in Atlanta for the 2025 MLB All-Star Game - set to take place on Tuesday night. She shared a pair of snaps to her Instagram Story of herself and her man on a private jet bound for the ATL. The couple rode in style and in comfort - with the cabin of the aircraft adorned with slick wood accents and cushioned leather chairs. Now they're both in Georgia as Skenes has been named one of the best baseball players at this point in the season. Not only that, but Skenes is believed to be the starter for the National League for Tuesday's showpiece. The pair boarded a private jet bound for the MLB All-Star Game in Atlanta on Tuesday Skenes was given that same honor last year, when he was a rookie for the Pirates. As for Dunne, she's had some trouble finding an apartment in New York City after her recent bid for a unit has been rejected. 'So a few months ago, I decided I was going to make my first Real Estate purchase, which is so exciting and I was gonna get an apartment in New York City ,' Dunne, who is said to be worth a staggering $6million, explained in the video. 'But the gag was... it was Babe Ruth's apartment.' The baseball legend's lavish former home is priced just under $1.6million - and Dunne says she had agreed to pay for it in cash. However, just as she appeared to have landed a historic apartment, Dunne and boyfriend Paul Skenes were dealt a major blow. 'The week that I'm supposed to get my keys to my brand new apartment, I get a call... the co-op board denied me,' she recalled. 'So pretty much the people in the building voted to not have me live there. Which is fine. 'Honestly, it wasn't financial. For all I know, they could've been Alabama fans and I went to LSU. Like, I have no clue. Dunne, the influencer and swimsuit model, recently got rejected for a lavish NYC apartment 'Maybe they didn't want a public figure living there, but I was literally supposed to get the keys, and that week they denied me. 'It was just iconic, it was so cool that it was Babe Ruth's apartment. But long story short, don't try to live in a co-op. You might get denied and you won't get Babe Ruth's apartment.' Dunne, who retired from gymnastics after leaving LSU earlier this year, has built up a sizeable net worth at the age of just 22 due to her social-media fame, brand partnerships and lucrative Name, Image and Likeness deals.

Aussie Olympic gold medallist Cam McEvoy announces birth of baby boy - and reveals the shocking inspiration for his son's name
Aussie Olympic gold medallist Cam McEvoy has announced the birth of his son - and revealed his name is a tribute to his wife overcoming a serious health problem during her pregnancy. Hartley James McEvoy was born on July 10, with the baby's name a nod to his mother Maddi, who has endured heart problems her entire life. Born with a pulmonary valve defect, she has previously had four open-heart surgeries, including getting a replacement pulmonary valve when she was 17. The recent arrival of Hartley came with a birthing plan, with the aim to keep Maddi's heart rate down. Hartley - like many babies - didn't follow the script, but still arrived safely. 'Mum and baby are both doing exceptionally well,' the winner of the 50m freestyle at the 2024 Paris Games confirmed on Instagram. Born with a pulmonary valve defect, Maddi (pictured with Hartley) has had four open-heart surgeries, including a replacement pulmonary valve when she was 17 McEvoy, 31, is a great example of sporting perseverance at the elite level. Before his epic triumph last year in the Paris La Défense Arena, the Gold Coast born star failed to medal at the 2016 and 2020 Olympics in Rio and Tokyo respectively. After studying physics and mathematics at Griffith University, McEvoy dramatically altering his training regime under the watchful eye of new coach Tim Lane. Less time was spent in the pool, with McEvoy largely based in the gym, placing focus on high intensity strength and mobility work. It was a bold strategy in the eyes of many, but the man affectionately known as the 'The Professor' had the last laugh, finishing with a gold medal around his neck. McEvoy will look to defend his 50m freestyle Olympic title at the LA Games in 2028 - and hasn't ruled out Brisbane four years later. 'It's on the radar. A lot can happen between now and then, but if I'm motivated enough and I'm in good health, I see no reason why I won't give it a crack,' he said. In February, McEvoy stunned many of his friends in swimming circles by dropping the news he had secretly married Maddi. In a low-key affair, the couple shared the happy news with a single photo of their wedding day on social media with the caption 'eloped', accompanied by a wedding ring emoji. The exciting development shocked several swimming legends, who rushed to send messages of congratulations. Love you guys,' posted Ariarne Titmus at the time, while Lani Pallister commented: 'OMG this is so beautiful'.
