Justin Bieber
Justin Bieber has gone a long way since posting covers to YouTube. Now, he gets a millions dollars for every show that he does, has sold over 150 million records worldwide, has released three documentary style movies about his life and has released tons of popular songs like 'Baby,' 'Sorry' and 'Lonely.' Bieber is also married to model Hailey Baldwin and has a rather mysterious clothing line called Drew House.
Bieber was born March 1, 1994, in Canada to parents Jeremy Bieber and Pattie Mallette. He started to upload singing covers to YouTube in 2007 and was discovered by Scooter Braun shortly after. In 2008, Braun became Bieber's manager and in 2009 his first album was released in two parts, 'My World' and 'My World 2.0' in 2010. The albums were a huge hit and contained songs like 'One Time,' 'One Less Lonely Girl' and 'Baby.'
His next album was a Christmas album called 'Under the Mistletoe.' In 2011, he released a movie called 'Justin Bieber: Never Say Never.' On its opening day, it brought in $12.4 million at the box office. He released a second movie in 2013 called 'Justin Bieber's Believe' following the release of his 'Believe' album in 2012. He released a third movie 'Justin Bieber: Our World' in 2021.
In 2015, he won his first Grammy Award for his song 'Where Are Ü Now' and also won a Guinness world record for youngest male artist to debut at the top of the Billboard 100 chart. After 'Believe,' Bieber released 'Journals,' in 2013, 'Purpose' in 2015,' 'Changes' in 2020 and ""Justice" in 2021." He has also collaborated with many artists including Post Malone, Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee, Quavo, Chance the Rapper, Lil Wayne and DJ Khaled.
In addition to his music, Bieber has released many fragrances and has a clothing line called Drew House that was founded in 2018 along with Ryan Good. Drew House, which comes from Bieber's middle name, is a brand full of bright colors, oversized clothing and smiley faces. The brand does very little advertising, yet the products sell out very often.
Bieber is often touring to promote his albums. His 2022-23 "Justice World Tour" was put on pause after Bieber announced that he needed to take care of his heath. He released more details on his Instagram, detailing that he has "Ramsay Hunt syndrome" which was caused by a virus that attacked his ear and facial nerves, causing paralysis to half of his face.
Bieber got married to Hailey Baldwin privately in 2018 and had a bigger ceremony a year later. Baldwin met Bieber for the first time backstage at one of his concerts when she was just 12 years old. In 2016, the two started dating but ended up breaking up for two years. During that time, Bieber got back together with his ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez. Bieber and Gomez broke up in early 2018, and he got back together with Baldwin and got engaged shortly after the rekindling.

YouTube Climbs to Record 12.4% Share of TV Viewing in April
YouTube continues to dominate the field for the majority of audiences' time spent watching television, accounting for 12.4% of the total for the month of April. The figure marks its largest share of TV to date, as well as the third consecutive month topping Nielsen's Media Distributor Gauge. April also marks the first time that the company rankings stayed exactly the same month-over-month. Holding onto the second place spot was Disney with a total of 10.7% of TV time spent, partly driven by cross-network coverage of the NFL Draft, the NCAA Women's Basketball Championship and the first round of the NBA Playoffs. It also owned the month's top streaming title, 'Grey's Anatomy,' which generated 3.9 billion viewing minutes and benefited from its multichannel and multiplatform availability. Paramount claimed third place with 8.9% of TV time and saw the largest monthly share increase among the media companies tracked, with viewership gains from CBS' broadcast affiliates driving over half of the media giant's growth. Rounding out the top five was NBCUniversal, which grew to an 8.2% share, and Netflix, which posted an 7.5% share. Fox claimed sixth with a share of 6.8%, while Warner Bros. Discovery took seventh, maintaining a 6.7% share boosted by a 58% bump in TNT viewership due to the NBA playoffs as well as HBO's 'The White Lotus' generating 3.7 billion viewing minutes as the second most-watched streaming title in April. The remainder of the list included Amazon with a 3.5% share, The Roku Channel with a 2.4% share, Scripps with a 2.1% share, Weigel Broadcasting with a 1.3% share, A+E Networks with a 1.1% share, Hallmark with a 1% share and AMC Networks with a 0.9% share. Keke Palmer: It would be a "dream" to start a business in Chicago
Keke Palmer wants to reinvest in the city that taught her how to "hustle." Driving the news: In an interview with Axios, the actress and host said it would be a "dream" to start a Chicago-based incubator for rising content creators. The big picture: The star's acting career began in Chicago with a small role in "Barbershop 2: Back in Business." The Harvey native says she's helped fund 20-30 scripted and unscripted projects, showcased on her YouTube channel, KeyTV. What she's saying: Palmer says her Chi-town upbringing has helped her navigate Hollywood. "Chicago is like a hustler type of place. Everybody is trying to make it happen, like entrepreneurialism was something that I saw very early on with my mom, from her being a teacher to doing music on the side, to having her own album, to her writing for other people, to getting paid for her performances during church services." "I think it just naturally showed me that you can be a business person. You can have a bunch of different ways to make money, to feed your goals, chase your dreams." Behind the scenes: The " One Of Them Days" star tells Axios she learned to be a savvy businessperson at a young age and got her first credit card at 12 years old. "I understood early on that the card company that I'm working with is not just supposed to be taking from me, but they're supposed to give me something in return that helps my business become easier." Dig in: Palmer says when she's not eating her father's cooking, she likes to dine at Alinea.
