Counsel Masters, Platinum Group to host premier real estate showrooms at North Square Mall in Summer 2025
Counsel Masters currently manages and operates Mamsha Ahl Misr in Cairo and North Square Mall, one of New Alamein's most prominent commercial, entertainment, and tourism destinations. The company operates in collaboration with the Ministry of Housing, the New Urban Communities Authority, and City Edge Developments, the project's owner.
Under the newly signed cooperation protocol, real estate showrooms will be set up within North Square Mall to showcase premier developments from top real estate companies. The initiative is expected to drive real estate growth in Egypt's northwestern coast and beyond by attracting both local and Arab investors, ultimately boosting property sales.
George Mitry, Chairperson of Counsel Masters, emphasized the strategic value of the agreement, stating, 'Counsel Masters will provide rental spaces and exclusive benefits for real estate companies, while Platinum Group will leverage its network to bring in leading developers to showcase their projects to visitors.'
Taher Hamdy, Chairperson of T.H Consulting, highlighted the significance of the initiative, noting, 'North Square Mall was selected for this event due to the city's rapid expansion and its emergence as a premier tourism and investment destination.'
This collaboration aligns with Counsel Masters' broader strategy to enhance North Square Mall's commercial appeal. In the summer of 2024, the company successfully doubled the mall's occupancy by introducing over 70 new brands, resulting in a surge of more than 700,000 visitors. For the summer of 2025, the company aims to further increase foot traffic and strengthen North Square Mall's position as a leading destination for tourism, commerce, and real estate investment.
