Police have launched an appeal after the body of a man was found in water near a Welsh dock. The tragic discovery was made on Sunday.
A Dyfed Powys Police appeal said: "Dyfed-Powys Police is appealing for information after the body of a man was found near to the river at New Dock, Llanelli on Sunday, June 15. Officers attended the area after receiving a call at 12.15pm.
"The death is not being treated as suspicious at this time but we're carrying out enquiries to establish the circumstances surrounding the death.
"We are also aware that images of this incident have been circulating online. We ask that you do not share them out of respect for the man that has sadly died."
Anyone with information that could help enquiries, is asked to contact the force at https://orlo.uk/h4HrK; 101@dyfed-powys.police.uk, 101. Quote ref: 155 of 15th.

The off-road motorcycle was seen being driven dangerously particularly in the Montgomery Park and The Precinct area of the town. He said: 'This motorcycle has had several near misses with people in the area and I would appeal to anyone who has any information regarding this off-road motorcycle or its rider to contact us. "It is imperative that we trace them as soon as possible.' Police officers in the north west of the city last week took another two illegal electric motorcycles off the streets. One was seized from a 37-year-old male who was charged with drug offences and associated road traffic offences, the other was seized from a 20-year-old male who was charged with road traffic offences. A police spokesperson said: 'We will take every opportunity to seize these vehicles and stop them from negatively impacting communities through their use in criminality and anti-social riding.
