Former NBA Star Tony Parker's $16.5 Million Texas Mansion Includes a Waterpark With 8 Pools
The six-time All-Star and former San Antonio Spurs point guard—he currently spends most of his time across the pond, where he's the majority owner and president of the French pro basketball team LDLC ASVEL—has just put his Mediterranean-style residence tucked away in the suburban community of Boerne, some 25 miles northwest of San Antonio, back on the market after a brief absence for $16.5 million.

The listing is now held by Erwin Nicholas II of Houston-based Mr. Real Estate, and he's brought Twitch entertainer Kai Cenat and his AMP (Any Means Possible) crew on board to help advertise the extravagant 53-acre spread to their millions of viewers during the month of July. The 30-day live streamathon features a pop-up Nando's peri-peri restaurant, plus a look at more permanent perks like a nearly 6,000-square-foot gym with a half-court basketball setup and an arcade, a wet bar-equipped movie theater, a barber studio, dual offices, a 1,500-bottle wine cellar, a fingerprint-access trophy room, and an over-the-top waterpark.
'This isn't just a home—it's a legacy,' Nicholas told Robb Report. 'Tony Parker's estate blends world-class amenities with a sense of wonder no other property in Texas can offer. From the tallest private water slides to the largest residential waterpark in the country, we've created a cultural moment that merges luxury real estate with generational storytelling.
'Live streaming has proven to be a powerful emerging market that delivers unprecedented viewership while bringing families together in real time,' he added. 'It's the best global open house you can have—and this estate is the perfect stage.'
Custom-built on a multi-lot parcel the NBA Hall of Famer purchased in 2005, the 53-acre compound within the exclusive Anaqua Springs Ranch community was completed in 2009 while he was still married to actress Eva Longoria. Securely hidden away behind double gates with a guardhouse and a Jurassic Park-themed rear entrance, the residence includes a main mansion, a separate guesthouse, and a detached gym—for a combined total of 10 bedrooms and 12 baths spread across roughly 21,200 square feet.
Inside the primary dwelling, a sweeping wrought iron-railed staircase and an elevator flow to bi-level living space anchored by a double-height living room sporting a stone fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows. From there, a formal dining room seats 16 and a vaulted family room connects to a light gray-hued kitchen outfitted with an eat-in island and top-notch stainless appliances, while an opulent primary suite sports a lounge, a massive walk-in closet, and a marble and travertine bath.
Rounding it all out are the resort-inspired grounds, which host tennis and sand volleyball courts, a full outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven, a greenhouse, an herb garden, a fruit orchard, and even a tortoise habitat. There's also the professionally crafted waterpark, which includes eight pools, a mountain, grottos, several slides, a 35-foot-high jumping ledge, a trio of hot tubs, water cannons, and a lazy river.
The Spurs legend and four-time NBA champion earned almost $170 million over his 18-year career before retiring in 2019 after a final season with the Charlotte Hornets. In addition to his Texas estate, the 43-year-old Belgium native also maintains a historic chateau in France's southern Rhône Valley, where he operates a vineyard.Best of Robb Report

Pickleball civil war erupts in West Palm Beach gated community RiverWalk
Welcome to The Dirt! I'm real estate, weather and critter reporter Kimberly Miller with the latest developments in the sizzling market. Ho-hum, it's the dog days of summer in South Florida and if you're not endlessly circling the parking lot looking for shade or dodging Coldplay's kiss cam, you may find yourself embroiled in a pickleball civil war in one of Palm Beach County's many gated communities. RiverWalk of the Palm Beaches is toying with the idea of building six new pickleball courts in an area of greenspace that some community members really like. But RiverWalk's pickleball committee (yes, there's a pickleball committee and it's something we should all aspire to in retirement) says that two Realtors told it that new pickleball courts will increase home values. There are already pickleball courts at RiverWalk, but they're clay. Quelle horreur! Now the anti-picklers have formed a limited liability company to fight the pro-picklers because this is South Florida and we love us some LLCs. So pick a side, make your bets and stay tuned. In other real estate-related news, two Reality TV stars are teaming up to hawk homes in Palm Beach County, there's an old cabin in Northwood Shores that may or may not date back to 1893, there's a plan for rooftop dining at the Offices At The Press, and take a tour of some of the reject homes in Palm Beach that ARCOM put the kibosh on. Former 'Bachelorette' star joins Ryan Serhant's real estate team in Jupiter Jupiter native and veteran of the reality television scene Tyler Cameron is now selling real estate with "Owning Manhattan" star Ryan Serhant, and it's like "The Bachelorette" and "Million Dollar Listing New York" had a really handsome baby who wants to sell you a house. Because I live my life vicariously through the crewmembers on Bravo's "Below Deck" (espresso martini anyone?), I wasn't as familiar with Cameron, who is already a real estate pro with his Emmy-nominated home remodeling show "Going Home with Tyler Cameron." Besides the intrigue of two reality stars joining forces, it was also another sign of Serhant's longterm business plan in Palm Beach County which is to crush his enemies, see them driven before him and hear the lamentations of their women because that's what's best in life. But no, really, Serhant has opened three offices in Palm Beach County since 2023 and recruited powerhouses such as Palm Beach-based agent Gary Pohrer. Is there a franchise of the "Million Dollar Listing" juggernaut headed to South Florida? It's already been attempted once, so we'll see. Rooftop dining at the Offices At The Press The landmark Palm Beach Post building at Belvedere Road and South Dixie Highway, which is still host to the award-winning 109-year-old newspaper but also a slew of other companies, could be getting a rooftop bar and restaurant under a plan pitched by its owner Boca Raton-based Pebb Capital. The four-story building has views of the Intracoastal Waterway and downtown West Palm Beach, and is part of the burgeoning South Dixie Corridor of design shops, restaurants and boutiques. In the same plaza is Joseph's Classic Market, Pink Steak steakhouse, Amped Fitness and a standalone Starbucks. The employment opportunities are appreciated as artificial intelligence takes all the desk jobs and we descend into a dystopian hellscape à la "The Purge." My money's on the Gen Xers because their survival skills were honed from years of climbing out bedroom windows with smuggled Boone's Farm and Bartles & Jaymes. Thank you for your support. Old home in West Palm Beach needs a new home A cabin hidden for years on a property in West Palm Beach's Northwood Shores community may be that of early pioneers to the area Lucretia and Henry Hannong. If so, that means it dates to 1893. While additions and modifications have obscured much of its original construction, neighborhood historian Carl Flick has gathered enough evidence to make a convincing argument that it is the Hannong's cabin. The death of the previous owner, who had built a 12-foot security fence around the property, and two subsequent sales left the cabin open for inspection by Flick, city officials and descendants of Lucretia and Henry. The race is on to move the structure and set it up as a museum to the area and the pioneers who persevered without air conditioning, bug repellent or White Claw hard seltzer. It was a tough life. Live lightly. Kimberly Miller is a journalist for The Palm Beach Post, part of the USA Today Network of Florida. She covers real estate, weather, and the environment. Why Is a Mid-Tier Restaurant Chain Selling Cowboy Boots?
Think of Chili's Grill & Bar, the mid-tier Tex-Mex restaurant chain founded in 1975, and the name alone might dredge up memories of awkward high school dates, post-soccer-tournament family dinners or your first legal margarita. Now, the company wants you to associate it with something else entirely: being cool. Chili's has teamed up with Tecovas, a western wear label based in Austin, Texas, on a limited-edition line of cowboy boots made using the same burgundy vinyl found on the restaurant's booths. The collaboration is a bid to reach a new, more style-conscious consumer — the kind who might line up for a buzzy new downtown spot but wouldn't necessarily consider Chili's for dinner. George Felix, the brand's chief marketing officer, said the initiative was targeted at 'a younger audience that is really in tune and in touch with the latest in fashion.' By associating itself with a 'high end' brand like Tecovas, he added, Chili's could be seen in a new light. The $345 cowboy boots feature chili pepper contrast stitching, a snip toe and an inlay of a chili pepper — the restaurant's logo. The collection, which goes on sale on Tuesday, also includes a $75 red belt with a brass buckle, inspired by old Chili's uniforms. It's one of several recent examples in which restaurant chains turn to the worlds of fashion and beauty to generate hype. In 2021, the cosmetics brand E.L.F. debuted a line of makeup inspired by Chipotle's assembly line of ingredients (think guacamole green eye shadow and a lip-plumping red gloss inspired by a spicy salsa). In 2023, Panera Bread released the BAGuette, a slim, 12-inch handbag in the chain's signature green. This year, it followed up with the Croissant Clutch, inspired by its croissant toast sandwiches.
