The clitoris is the equivalent of the penis in women in terms of sexual function, serving as a primary source of pleasure and often essential for many women to achieve orgasm. For some women, the vagina may not be highly sensitive, and this is completely normal, which highlights the importance of varying stimulation before, during, and after intercourse. A woman can orgasm at any of these stages—there are no set rules.
External stimulation can be incorporated in various ways during intercourse, such as using hands or adding an intimate vibrator to stimulate the clitoris. To enhance sexual pleasure and arousal, elements like kissing, music, dirty talk, nipple play, and romantic words can be included. All these factors help create an intimate atmosphere and add variety to stimulation, which increases sexual satisfaction and allows for exploring what the body responds to best. The focus should be on understanding the body's needs and enjoying the experience without pressure to reach orgasm, as sexual pleasure lies in the journey itself, not just in reaching the orgasm.

First minimally invasive cardiac surgery for pets in the Middle East
Modern Vet has created a historic milestone by conducting the first case of minimally invasive cardiac surgery in the Middle East to regulate the mitral valve. It is now the first procedure to be undertaken, becoming a successful history at Modern Vet, a renowned hospital in Dubai, marking the region's new cardiac era in veterinary care. Mitral valve regurgitation is a potentially dangerous heart disease in which the valve between the heart's chambers does not shut tightly and blood flows backwards. For decades, the only way to treat this condition was by means of invasive open-heart surgery, which is associated with large incisions, a high risk of complications, long hospital stays, and more pain and discomfort for our pets. Senior veterinary surgeons at Modern Vet have developed a technique that is far less invasive, using keyholes and specialized instruments guided by high definition imaging. This less invasive method minimizes damage done to tissue around the surgical area, lowers the chance of complications, and ensures the animal can return to normal functioning more quickly. This type of surgery requires an extreme level of skill and the absolute highest level of equipment. To give the pet the best possible outcome, the surgical team, consisting of board-certified veterinarians specializing in cardiology and surgery here at Modern Vet, prepared for surgery. Performing such a procedure successfully is a major breakthrough in veterinary medicine in the Middle East in addition to putting Modern Vet at the leading edge of specialized cardiac care. This innovation aligns with Modern Vet's continuous adoption of the latest medical innovations to support the quality of life for pets. It's a hospital with state-of-the-art facilities across specialities, allowing for the entire spectrum of medical complexity beyond just the heartbeat. Modern Vet is a young veterinary institution with a pioneering spirit that has gained its rightful reputation for clinical excellence and empathy. Not only does the latest technology with all treatments at Modern Vet provide for your pets, but so does a multidisciplinary approach backed by experts in clinical disciplines. Modern Vet, with this unique surgery, further establishes the city of Dubai as a place eminent in veterinary innovation. Now that the treatments are available locally, pet owners do not have to travel abroad.
