Two men arrested after man hospitalised in 'stabbing'
Two men have been arrested in connection with the reported stabbing of a 37-year-old in Grangetown yesterday.
Police and paramedics were called to Birchington Avenue in Grangetown, where the man was found with injuries to his head and arm.

(Image: TERRY BLACKBURN) The incident happened shortly after 3pm on Saturday (March 1) with officers cordoning off the scene.
Cleveland Police have confirmed that two men, one aged 27 from the Marton area and a 34-year-old from Grangetown, have been arrested on suspicion of section 18 wounding and are in police custody.

A North East Ambulance Service spokesperson previously said: "We received a call at 15.13pm this afternoon to reports of a person injured on Birchington Avenue in Grangetown.
"Police also attended the scene.
"We sent one emergency ambulance crew and took one male patient to hospital for further treatment."

Four hurt in escaped dog attack
Several people have been attacked by three German Shepherd dogs on a residential street. Cleveland Police said the animals, which escaped from a property on Sheriff Street in Hartlepool shortly before 14:00 BST, had now been captured. The North East Ambulance Service said it took one person to hospital and treated three others at the scene, who later attended hospital themselves. None of the dogs had been destroyed at present, Cleveland Police said. Officers said the area was now safe again, having earlier asked people to stay away and keep indoors. Patient treated at scene of Darlington crash after suspected 'medical episode'
A patient was treated at the scene of a crash in Darlington today but refused hospital treatment after a suspected 'medical incident'. Ambulance were called to the Morton Park roundabout at 11.06 this morning (May 31) after reports of a one vehicle crash. The patient was treated at the scene but refused hospital treatment, the ambulance service confirmed. An eyewitness of the crash posted on Facebook that everyone was okay, despite being a bit 'shaken'.
