Apollo Global Management Inc. agreed to help Electricite de France SA raise as much as £4.5 billion ($6.1 billion) in private bond placements to fund the construction of the Hinkley Point C nuclear power plant and other investments in the UK. The bonds will be offered in as many as three tranches, each with a maximum maturity of twelve years, EDF said in statement Friday.
