While it doesn't surpass the Rs 16 crore opening of his 2022 release 'Liger', which turned out to be a box office failure, it is still ahead of his 2023 romantic drama 'Kushi', which managed Rs 15.25 crore on Day 1. In comparison to several mid-range releases this year, 'Kingdom' looks to be on a good pace, as the film proceeds towards the weekend. Theatre occupancy The film's Telugu version had a strong occupancy rate across the board on release day. As per trade reports, the overall Telugu occupancy stood at 57.87%. Morning shows had an impressive 63.56% turnout, followed by 56.52% in the afternoon, 50.12% in the evening, and picking up again to 61.27% at night.
