Naomi Watts ensured all eyes were on her on Thursday when she stepped out in New York City.
The Brides of Christ star, 56, cut a casual figure in a white dress adorned with strawberries that featured a corseted bodice and spaghetti straps.
But all eyes were on the blonde beauty's choice of footwear; a pair of slippery red slingbacks that failed to do their job.
As Naomi strutted into her event, one of her ankles slipped out of the hazardous footwear, throwing her picture-perfect look a curveball.
Ever the professional, Naomi took the fashion blunder in her stride, proving she really is just like us.

Naomi's outing comes after she attended an Armani Beauty event with her daughter, Kai Schreiber.
The King Kong actress and her model daughter, 16, who she shares with actor Liev Schreiber, were among the stars at Twenty Three Grand in New York City earlier this month.
Naomi looked effortlessly chic as she donned a navy sparkly smock dress, featuring a boat neckline and draping fabric with stilettos.
She was joined by her daughter Kai, who had her modelling debut at Paris Fashion Week for Valentino earlier this year.
For the occasion, Kai wore a black high-neck sweater covered in multicoloured polka dots with a matching skirt.
Naomi was seen helping her daughter with her make-up in sweet snaps from the event.
Kai, who is transgender, recently spoke in-depth about how she had struggled 'with gender identity from a young age' and 'always wanted to grow up and be a beautiful, glamorous, influential woman, like Marilyn ' Monroe.
She told Interview Magazine she has studied how people in the transgender community navigated stormy waters in the past.
The daughter of the Ray Donovan star, 57, and two-time Oscar nominee, 56, named figures she found inspirational 'as a young trans girl' navigating life through turbulent times for the community.
'I'm always going to look up to the older generation of transgender people, especially in fashion,' Kai told the magazine.
'People like Alex Consani, Hunter Schafer, Hari Nef, Dara, Richie Shazam, Colin Jones, and so many more,' Kai said. 'It's so great that there's a strong community of us in the fashion world; it's really a doll takeover.'
The nepo baby said that she had a breakthrough earlier this year when working for the fashion house Valentino.
'That job made me realise, 'OK, this is what I want to do,' Kai said. ' I want to be a supermodel. Period.'

'I got a text message from his friend up there and the text said, 'Caleb's not doing good. They're in there working on him.' 20 minutes later he texted me back and said he was gone. The TLC star also said she had been 'doing fairly well' getting through the tragedy, and had even made a ring and musical note-shaped necklace with the ashes of her late husband. She had grown attached to the jewelry and finds comfort knowing a piece of him remains with her. 'He's going to live on now forever because his memory is encapsulated,' Tammy said. 'Knowing that he's with me, it's helping me pass the day. I find myself grabbing my necklace and holding it a lot. When I take off my jewelry, I feel like it's weird, separation anxiety. Jake Paul angrily stormed off an interview with Piers Morgan following a heated exchange. The YouTube star, who is due to fight Julio Cesar Chavez Jr in Anaheim on Saturday (28 June), was confronted by Morgan over his boxing credentials. Paul said: 'I think the problem here Piers is that you think your opinion matters.' Morgan continued: 'The only proper boxer you fought was Tommy Fury and he beat you. Pete Tyson you wouldn't have lasted 10 seconds.' The 28-year-old then hung up the call, as a bemused Morgan said: 'Cheers Jake, really enjoyed that, and good luck to Julio - knock him out for all of us will you?'

Brad Pitt's $5.5m Hollywood house ransacked by burglars
The Los Angeles home of Brad Pitt has been 'ransacked' by thieves who scaled his fence and broke in through the front window. Pitt, who was in London earlier this week to promote his new F1 film, was not at the three-bedroom house at the time of the burglary late on Wednesday night, according to US media reports. Police are searching for three suspects who fled the scene with 'miscellaneous property', the Los Angeles police department said. The force confirmed they responded to a break-in at about 10.30pm but did not provide any information about the nature or value of the items taken. Pitt bought the property on North Edgemont Street in LA's Los Feliz neighbourhood for $5.5 million in April 2023, according to Traded, a commercial real estate website. It is close to Griffith Park, home of the Hollywood Sign and the Griffith Observatory. The actor has become the latest Hollywood star to be targeted by thieves in LA. On Valentine's Day a burglar broke into the home that Nicole Kidman shares with Keith Urban, the country music singer, in the Hidden Valley gated community of Beverly Hills. The couple were not at home at the time. Thieves also stole about $500,000 worth of expensive watches and other luxury items from the home of Olivier Giroud, the World Cup-winning French footballer who plays for Los Angeles FC. Several US sports stars, including Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce of the Kansas City Chiefs, have also been the victims of break-ins in recent years. Some of the thefts are believed to be linked to organised gangs from South America. The FBI issued a warning to US sports leagues in December that crime groups were targeting homes looking for valuables such as designer handbags, jewellery and watches. The homes of at least nine professional athletes were targeted between September and November 2024. The home of Pitt's ex-wife Jennifer Aniston, the Friends actress, was also damaged last month when an alleged stalker rammed through the gate of her Bel Air mansion. Pitt attended the London premiere of F1: The Movie on Monday night with his girlfriend Ines de Ramon and was pictured embracing his fellow A-lister Tom Cruise, as well as posing with the cast next to Sir Lewis Hamilton. In the film he plays a veteran driver, Sonny Hayes, who competes against younger rivals in Grand Prix races around the world. A representative for Pitt declined to comment about the burglary.
