A man was hospitalized in critical condition after he was pulled out of Lake Michigan near Navy Pier on Saturday afternoon.
Chicago Fire Department officials said the man was pulled out of the water east of Navy Pier around 5:20 p.m.
Sources said the victim was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital in critical condition.
No further information was immediately available.
