Mariinsky Orchestra concert marks launch of Russian Seasons in Bahrain at National Theatre

The Russian Seasons are organised by the Russian Ministry of Culture in collaboration with the BACA, as part of the Memorandum of Understanding signed in May 2024 during His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa's visit to Russia.
This partnership also brought Bahrain's Cultural Days in Moscow in November 2024, which included the inauguration of the Treasures of Bahrain: The Art of Gold Crafting Through the Ages exhibition at the State Historical Museum.
This exhibition, running until February 2025, showcases the evolution of Bahraini goldsmithing, tracing its journey from the Tylos period over 2000 years ago through the Islamic era and into the modern age.

He said the coordination between agencies reflected Bahrain's strong commitment to supporting the faithful from departure to return. Al-Qattan extended special thanks to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, for their care and attention to the wellbeing of Bahraini pilgrims throughout the Hajj season. He also expressed deep appreciation to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its leadership - HM King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Crown Prince HRH Mohammed bin Salman - for their exceptional organisation and support in hosting millions of pilgrims this year. 'Their efforts made it possible for the Guests of God to perform Hajj with ease and tranquillity,' Al-Qattan noted. Campaign organisers accompanying Bahraini pilgrims shared similar praise for the mission's role, thanking the government and volunteers for their presence and support at every stage of the journey.

The committee credited the team's success to the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, noting their support in ensuring Bahrainis received the best services at every level, including media.
