
Emaar Misr sees 126.1% higher consolidated profits in 2024
Revenues amounted to EGP 19 billion last year, higher than EGP 15.095 billion in 2023.
Basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) increased to EGP 3.31 in 2024 from EGP 1.44 a year earlier.
Meanwhile, the standalone net profits after tax climbed to EGP 12.374 billion at the end of December 2024 from EGP 6.781 in 2023. Non-consolidated EPS jumped to EGP 2.64 from EGP 1.43.
In the first nine months of 2024, the group's consolidated net profits after tax increased by 107.39% to EGP 10.344 billion from EGP 4.988 billion in the year-ago period

Egypt: Edita generates 18.7% YoY higher consolidated profits in H1 2025
Arab Finance: Edita Food Industries witnessed 18.70% higher consolidated net profits attributable to the parent company at EGP 1.07 billion in the first half (H1) of 2025, according to the financial results. Arab Finance: Delta Sugar logged net profits after tax valued at EGP 1.195 billion in the first half (H1) of 2025, up 27.17% year-on-year (YoY) from EGP 940.049 million, as per the financial results. Egypt: Bonyan logs $20mln in H1 2025 profits
Arab Finance: Bonyan for Development and Trade reported a 33.2% year-on-year (YoY) drop in net profits in the first half (H1) of 2025, recording EGP 1.025 billion, versus EGP 1.536 billion, according to an emailed press release. Total revenues amounted to EGP 397.3 million in H1 2025, marking an annual increase of 5% from EGP 361.3 million in H1 2024. The company's gross asset value (GAV) reached EGP 17.41 billion in the first six months of 2025, higher than EGP 15.96 million in 2024.
