Inspire Veterinary Partners, Inc. (NASDAQ:IVP) ('Inspire' or the 'Company'), an owner and provider of pet health care services throughout the U.S., today announced the launch of its company-wide incentive and recognition program, providing vital new engagement tools to provide new avenues to wealth for all employees across their clinic network. The annual incentive program, aligned with the Company's revenue and earnings targets, will monetarily reward clinic and company leaders across the organization for target achievements and launches concurrent to results of the Company's recent quality of work-life survey showing positive leader job satisfaction.

The quality of work-life survey, conducted with doctors across the country, and facilitated by recruiting and human resources leadership found positive leader job satisfaction, as well as positive feedback on the plan for upcoming incentives.

Verisign Announces Pricing of Secondary Offering of Common Stock by Selling Stockholders

(NASDAQ: VRSN) (the 'Company'), a global provider of critical internet infrastructure and domain name registry services, today announced the pricing of the previously announced underwritten secondary offering (the 'Offering') by affiliates of Berkshire Hathaway Inc. ('Berkshire Hathaway'), of 4,300,000 shares of the Company's common stock, par value $0.001 per share ('Common Stock') at a price to the public of $285.00 per share. The selling stockholders will receive all of the proceeds from the Offering. The Company is not selling any shares of Common Stock in the Offering and will not receive any proceeds from the Offering.
