‘Incurable': Palace insider shares heartbreaking King Charles cancer update
King Charles' cancer is reportedly 'incurable', according to a palace insider.
The beloved monarch, 76, first told the public that he was battling cancer just over 18 months ago.
Despite putting on a brave face for the public, royal insider Camilla Tominey has revealed that sources have told her that while Charles' cancer is currently under control, it is ultimately incurable.
'The talk now is that he may die 'with' cancer, but not 'of' cancer following a rigorous treatment program,' she revealed in The Telegraph.
Tominey, who was the first reporter to break the news of Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton's falling out, went on to confirm that, with the expectation that the King's cancer can be kept at bay, there are currently 'tentative' plans in place for Charles' 80th birthday in 2028.
Tominey also claimed that Charles would never move into Buckingham Palace due to his health struggles. He currently lives at Clarence House with his wife, Queen Camilla.
The palace is unlikely to welcome Tominey's report, according to the Daily Beast, as it will likely reignite rumours about the King's fragile health.
The fresh claims about Charles' health come after his son, Prince Harry, sparked speculation when he said in a BBC interview that he wasn't sure how much time his father had left.
The last time Charles addressed his cancer journey was mere weeks ago, when he told a royal fan that he was 'on the other side' of his health crisis.
Elsewhere in Tominey's report, the royal reporter claimed that King Charles and Prince Harry's much-talked-about reunion could finally happen at the Invictus Games in Birmingham, UK, in 2027.
It's believed that palace aides are currently investigating how a potential reunion could work, and are hopeful it would also involve Harry and Meghan's children, Prince Archie and Lilibet, who the King hasn't seen since 2022.
Charles was first diagnosed with an undisclosed form of cancer in February last year and has been undergoing treatment as an outpatient ever since.
He was forced to cancel all public-facing duties for several weeks, but returned in April and has since travelled – including to Australia last October – and hosted incoming state visits for international dignitaries, all while continuing his recovery.
While it's not clear what type of cancer the King has, it's previously been reported that it was caught at a very early stage.

A-list couple's daughter hits red carpet for her new film
A nepo baby with Hollywood A-list parents stunned on the red carpet this week – but can you guess who she is? The star is following in the footsteps of her famous actress mother and is set to have a huge role in an upcoming Hollywood film, reports The Sun. Nico Parker wowed on the red carpet at the Train Your Dragon Immersive Experience screening at Frameless in London, this week. The 20-year-old showed up and showed out in an elegant cream and pink dress with sheer laced sleeves and back which draped to the floor. The British actress paired the look with some pointed nude heels and some simple jewellery. If you haven't already guessed Nico is the daughter to none other than actress Thandiwe Newton and famous director Ol Parker. Thandie and Ol also share 24-year-old Ripley and their youngest son Booker. Nico shot to stardom at just 14-years-old with her Hollywood debut of the remake of Disney's classic live-action Dumbo. She has gone on to have notable roles in HBO's hit series The Last Of Us and Bridget Jones: Mad About The Boy. Now, the actress is set to star in her biggest role to date as Astrid in the upcoming live-action remake of the 2010 film How To Train Your Dragon. The film is set to release in Australia on June 12. The story will follow Hiccup played by standout actor Mason Thames on his journey bonding with a dragon, Gerard Butler will also be starring in the film as his father Stoick. This week, while promoting the film, Nico opened up about her famous mum and dad on British show Lorraine, and revealed how 'supportive' they were about her career. 'My parents, the really lovely thing about both of them is that their advice is predominantly about, you know, how to be a good person, rather than, you know, how to behave on a film set,' she said. 'And I think that what's lovely about that is that the two kind of bleed into one another, because I think it's much more important to be a nice and normal person and be kind to others, rather than, you know, know what angle best suits you. 'So, the advice that I get from them feels very, very much more so about life and things like that. 'And the wonderful thing about that is that you can then take it on to work and wherever you go.' Back in 2018, Thandiwe appeared on UK daytime show This Morning and spoke about how she manages her daughter entering the acting world. She said: 'Having a mother and father in the industry … she's been on endless sets. It's not that she takes it for granted, but it's not a world that she feels she's not entitled to be in. '(Plus) she has her mum right there like a lioness checking that everything is looked after. You can't stop the industry operating the way it has unless the truth comes out. 'I feel this great relief, excitement for the women coming into this industry now,' she added.

Meghan's ‘hotel and restaurant' plan revealed as she looks to expand empire
The Duchess of Sussex is adding hotels and restaurants to her brand wish list as she goes on a social media charm offensive to win new fans. Ex-actress Meghan is trademarking her lifestyle firm As Ever for 'hospitality services'. It will include places to stay, 'provision of food and drink' and temporary lodgings, reports The Sun. The 43-year-old could serve some of her own food creations — including recipes flaunted on her Netflix series With Love, Meghan. Experts say it shows her ambition to move forward and focus on the future, while husband Prince Harry, 40, seems stuck reflecting on the past. She has spent the year rebranding herself away from runaway royal to a lifestyle, entertaining and star hostess. Brand experts said hotels and restaurants fit in with her lifestyle business image. In the first episode of her eight-part TV series in March, Meghan said: 'When I have someone stay, one of my favourite things to do is prep the guest room.' A second series has already been filmed and will be released in the autumn. Her lifestyle brand's website says: 'As Ever is more than a brand — it's a love language. 'Created by Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, As Ever welcomes you to a collection of products, each inspired by her long-lasting love of cooking, entertaining and hostessing.' On Saturday, her As Ever page posted a new picture of her running through the sea in a white dress. It was captioned: 'So excited for all the good to come! 'Running into the weekend like', with an ocean wave emoji added. She has also been increasingly active on Instagram after relaunching her personal account on New Year's Day. Last week, she shared an 80-second video of her twerking in hospital in a bid to induce labour when she was pregnant and overdue with Lilibet. It attracted criticism in Britain for being vulgar. But a source said: 'Meghan is very pleased with the video. 'In the UK everyone's reaction has been a bit prudish but everywhere else, particularly in America and especially with young people, it's been a huge hit. 'Californian royalty' 'Her new products are marketed at Americans and not the UK.' Meghan has also posted videos of her family at Disneyland, beekeeping with daughter Lilibet, and going to a Beyonce concert with Harry. Her As Ever Instagram page launched in February. Posts include pictures of her gardening, preparing fresh fruit and baking. PR and branding expert Jack Izzard, of Gallia Communications, said of her trademark application: 'In terms of positioning, it's not a million miles from where As Ever is. 'She is very much positioning herself as a star hostess, Californian royalty who makes her guests feel welcome. 'The issue she's potentially going to have is that's a completely different skill set, running a hospitality business. 'A night in an As Ever B&B will be several hundred pounds. 'That's really going to blow up if it's bad.' Mr Izzard said her recent activities are 'all about her reclaiming her voice' and building her brand. He added: 'She always intimated she was stifled by life in the Royal Family. 'She's got to earn a living. It's very much 'I'm this Californian hostess now'. 'Harry's still stuck in the past and trying to settle scores. 'She is looking ahead, forging this brand.' Representatives for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were approached for comment.
