Traffic Alert: Po Valley Road and Lewis Avenue on Fort Drum
FORT DRUM, N.Y. (WWTI) – Drivers on Fort Drum will have to deal with some detours until later this year.
The military base announced that both Po Valley Road and Lewis Avenue will be dealing with road closures until August.

The intersection of Po Valley Road and Conway Road was closed on April 9 while construction work on Lewis Avenue began on April 15.
During this time, a detour route will be established and clearly marked with signage.
Drivers are asked to use caution when approaching the area and follow all posted detour signs.
Accessibility to Po Valley Child Development Center, Building 4225 and Buxbaum Administrative facility,Building 4205 shall remain intact during construction.
Accessibility to all buildings along Lewis Avenue will also remain intact during construction
Fort Drum also announced that
Wheeler-Sack Army Airfield gate is closed until further notice. The closure started in late March.

Deputies: Driver crashes into car dealership near Fruitport
SPRING LAKE TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — A driver crashed into a car dealership in Spring Lake Township overnight, deputies say. It happened around 12:05 a.m. Friday at Johnson Auto Sales, located at 14658 Apple Dr. near N. Fruitport Road, according to the Ottawa County Sheriff's Office. Deputies say a 34-year-old Muskegon woman was driving a Subaru Crosstrek and crashed into the dealership. No one was hurt, but the building was damaged. The sheriff's office is investigating. HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT)- Toyota celebrates a major milestone in Gibson County, as the 1-millionth hybrid vehicle rolled off the production line at the Princeton plant. Meals on the Move coming to Posey County The company says a 'Wind Chill Pearl 2025 Toyota Sienna Platinum' rolled off the line, flashing its lights and honking its horn as it came out of the assembly area. The Sienna has been manufactured at the plant since 2003, with the newest hybrid iteration being built by the plant's 7,650 employees, who made the achievement possible.
