WSM seals deal with Weqaa Center
WSM Information Technology Co. signed a contract to provide consulting services to support and develop project management with the National Centre for the Prevention & Control of Plants Pests & Animal Diseases (Weqaa Center).
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the contract value exceeds 20% of the company's total revenues for 2023.
This contract is expected to have a positive financial impact on the company's results starting from H1 2025, the statement said, indicating that no related parties to the deal.
All necessary signatures are complete, the company said, adding that a copy of the contract was received on Jan. 29. The contract has a duration of 24 months.
According to data available on Argaam, WSM revenue in 2023 stood at SAR 28.02 million.

Shareholders are scheduled to vote on this proposal on June 30. Proceeds will be used to finance ongoing and future projects at SAR 5.28-5.98 billion. Further, up to SAR 1.41 billion will be geared towards funding mergers and acquisitions, while another SAR 351 million will be earmarked for other business purposes.

Saudi Arabia, Netherlands Sign Agreements in Environmental, Agricultural Fields
Saudi Arabia and the Kingdom of the Netherlands have signed multiple agreements and memoranda of understanding (MoUs) aimed at strengthening cooperation in the fields of environment, water, and agriculture.
