Al Ashghal Al Moysra Co. won on Feb. 24 a SAR 6.6 million project from the National Center for the Prevention and Control of Plant Pests and Animal Diseases (Weqaa Center). According to a statement to Tadawul, the company pointed out that the contract is expected to be signed on March 25. The scope of work covers providing veterinary medical sample transportation services. In a separate statement, the company announced the award of another project on Feb. 24 by Madinah Health Cluster, with a total value of SAR 4.54 million. The contract is expected to be signed on March 24, the statement noted, adding that it covers the development of the emergency department at Uhud Hospital in Madinah. The company is in the process of completing the necessary signatures and procedures for both the projects, the statement added. There are no related parties to the deals.

WSM seals deal with Weqaa Center

WSM Information Technology Co. signed a contract to provide consulting services to support and develop project management with the National Centre for the Prevention & Control of Plants Pests & Animal Diseases (Weqaa Center). In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the contract value exceeds 20% of the company's total revenues for 2023. This contract is expected to have a positive financial impact on the company's results starting from H1 2025, the statement said, indicating that no related parties to the deal. All necessary signatures are complete, the company said, adding that a copy of the contract was received on Jan. 29. The contract has a duration of 24 months. According to data available on Argaam, WSM revenue in 2023 stood at SAR 28.02 million.
