Penalties and Repeated Violations The Directorate clarified that the penalties for such violations may include impounding the vehicle for up to one month, in addition to imposing a fine of up to 100 Jordanian Dinars. In cases where the violation is repeated within one year, the fine will be doubled. Call for Responsible Celebrations Citizens are urged to celebrate in a civil and safe manner that respects the law, protects lives and property, and honors the rights of others to use the roads and reach their destinations.
