Former Portadown goalkeeper signs on at rivals Glenavon
The Manchester United Academy graduate spent half a season at Shamrock Park back in 2021 working under then boss Matthew Tipton.
The 24-year-old enjoyed his short spell in the Irish Premiership and was only too happy to return to Northern Ireland.

'I loved my time in the Irish League previously," Carney told the Lurgan Blues website. "The physicality and the fact that every game is different gives you something to look forward to.'
Since his spell with the ports Carney has flitted about the leagues. He made a permanent switch to Sunderland before ending up at Newport County.
Paddy McLaughlin made his move for the stopper following his release from the League Two outfit and Carney has been impressed with his new manager so far.
'He rang me and talked to me about what he wants to do with the club and I was excited by what he had to say," said Carney.
"The last couple of years I've had in football haven't been great so I'm grateful to be given the opportunity to come here and play and help the team.'
McLaughlin is delighted to bring in the 'keeper, who he feels will compliment the style of football they are hoping to play at Mourneview Park.
'It was clear to see Jacob's quality when he played in the league before. He was one of the best in the division and we're delighted to get the deal over the line," said the Glenavon boss.
'It's no secret that I like my teams to play good football and that includes build up from the back. You can see that in the other players we've brought in. Jacob fits that perfectly. He's good with his feet and will help us with that dimension of our game.'

Gibson and Daniels did not play together for Washington. Gibson rushed for 538 yards and a touchdown in his first season for the Patriots in 2024, and also caught 23 passes. Maresca on Colwill injury, Jackson future and managing minutes
Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca has been speaking to the media before the upcoming friendlies against Bayer Leverkusen and AC Milan on Friday and Sunday respectively. LSU football WR Aaron Anderson named to Biletnikoff Award watchlist
LSU football's Aaron Anderson was named to the Biletnikoff Award watch list, announced Wednesday. The annual award is presented to college football's most outstanding receiver. Ja'Marr Chase won it in 2019 as part of the Tigers' national championship team, and Josh Reed took it home in 2001. Anderson is entering his fourth season of college football and third in Baton Rouge. The New Orleans, LA native returned to his home state after playing for Alabama as a freshman. The redshirt junior faces increased competition this year due to reinforcements from the transfer portal, but he'll likely solidify a starting role in the slot. The five-foot-eight, 188-pounder recorded career bests with 61 catches for 884 yards and five touchdowns last year. He averaged 14.5 yards per catch and hauled in a career-long 76-yard pass, which came against Texas A&M.
