During his stay at the crease in the first session on Friday (August 1), Crawley completed 3000 runs in the World Test Championship (WTC).
He needed 38 runs in the ongoing match to join the 3000-run club of batters.
He is the third English batter after Joe Root (5946 runs) and Ben Stokes (3616 runs) and the overall seventh batter in the world to score 3000+ runs in the WTC.
