Pakistan's Kashmir government says 11 killed in India shelling
Pakistan's Kashmir government said on Saturday that 11 civilians have been killed in overnight India shelling near the heavily militarized border.
'Last night, intense shelling from the Indian side took place at more than five different locations along the Line of Control. As a result, 11 people, including a child and four women, lost their lives, and 56 others were injured,' Pakistan-administered Kashmir's Information Minister Mazhar Saeed Shah told AFP.
More than 45 people have been killed in Pakistan since the latest conflict broke out on Wednesday.

ISLAMABAD: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar said on Sunday that Islamabad has facilitated the evacuation of 450 pilgrims from Iran and is making further arrangements to evacuate Pakistani students in the neighboring country, amid ongoing attacks by Israel. Thousands of Pakistani 'Zaireen' or Shia Muslim pilgrims travel to Iran and Iraq to visit sacred religious sites, particularly in Mashhad, Qom, Najaf and Karbala at different times of the year. Pakistan's government on Friday advised its citizens planning religious travel to Iran and Iraq to reconsider their plans, citing security concerns as Israel attacked Iran's nuclear facilities and targeted its military leadership. Both countries have attacked each other for three continuous days since with missiles and air strikes, escalating fears of a wider conflict breaking out in the Middle East. 'Evacuation of 450 Pakistani Zaireen from Iran has been facilitated as of yesterday,' Dar wrote on social media platform X. 'Arrangements are being made for the safe evacuation of Pakistani students (154 in the first batch) currently residing in Iran,' he added. Dar said Pakistan's embassy in Iraq is in contact with Pakistani pilgrims who are stranded there due to the closure of the country's airspace. 'Measures are underway to ensure their safe stay in Iraq and possible evacuation,' he said. The minister said the Crisis Management Unit at Pakistan's foreign ministry was operational throughout the 24 hours of the day to ensure the safety and security of Pakistanis in Iran. 'Our embassies in the region are closely coordinating all necessary efforts to support Pakistani nationals & Zaireens,' he concluded. Pakistan's government on Saturday issued a travel advisory, urging its citizens to avoid traveling to Iran for 'a limited period' due to the recent Israeli attacks. Pakistan has condemned Israel's strikes against Iran and said Tehran has the right to defend itself. Islamabad has also called on world powers to intervene through dialogue and diplomacy to resolve surging Middle East tensions. Pakistan's Defense Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif on Saturday vowed Islamabad would extend diplomatic support to Israel at international forums.

Britain's Finance Minister Signals Possible Support for Israel in Iran Conflict
Britain could potentially support Israel in its conflict with Iran, but the decision to send additional military jets to the Middle East was made mainly to protect British bases and personnel, British finance minister Rachel Reeves said on Sunday. Israel and Iran launched fresh attacks on each other overnight into Sunday. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said the attacks by Israel so far were nothing compared with what Iran would see in the coming days. Speaking to Sky News, Reeves called for a de-escalation in the conflict and said the decision to send additional jets to the region was a "precautionary move". Asked if Britain would come to Israel's aid if asked, Reeves said: "We have, in the past, supported Israel when there have been missiles coming in." She added: "We're sending in assets to both protect ourselves and also potentially to support our allies." Britain was involved last year in protecting Israel from missile attacks from Iran. In April, British planes shot down Iranian drones heading for Israel and in October it said two of its fighter jets and an air-to-air refueling tanker were involved in trying to intercept Iranian missiles. The jets did not engage any targets.

Iran Media Say Police Arrest Two Suspects Linked to Israel's Spy Agency
Iranian media said Sunday that police had arrested two suspects over alleged links to Israel's Mossad spy agency, on the third day of heavy exchange of fire between the two foes. "Two members of the Mossad terrorist team who were making bombs, explosives, booby traps and electronic equipment were arrested" in Alborz province, west of Tehran, the Tasnim news agency reported, citing a police spokesperson. Israel pressed its intense bombardment campaign on Iran on Sunday, striking a defense facility and fuel depots as the two arch foes kept up their most intense confrontation in history. It came after Iranian missile fire on Israel killed at least 10 people overnight, according to authorities, pushing the toll up to 13 since Iran began its retaliatory strikes on Friday. In Tehran, a heavy cloud of smoke billowed over the city after Israeli aircraft struck two fuel depots. For days, Iranians have formed long queues at petrol stations, fearing shortages. Iranian media later said Israel attacked a facility affiliated with the defense ministry in the central city of Isfahan, reporting "possible damage". US President Donald Trump said on Sunday that Washington "had nothing to do" with ally Israel's intense bombardment campaign that was launched early Friday, hitting key military and nuclear sites as well as residential areas.
