
Stow to Be Connected to Metronet's 100% Fiber-Optic Internet
Metronet, named America's fastest internet service provider by PCMag two years in a row, announced today its multimillion-dollar investment plans for Stow, Ohio. Metronet's 100% fiber-optic network will connect homes and businesses throughout Stow to fast, multigigabit service of up to five gigabits per second for residents and ten gigabits per second for businesses.
Metronet's construction plan is expected to break ground soon, with the first customers expected to gain service this year.

Recognized as the country's 'Fastest Major ISP' by PCMag two years in a row, Metronet's 100% fiber-optic multigigabit network will enable Stow residents and businesses to enjoy symmetrical upload and download speeds, enhancing the quality of life online.
Once construction begins, Stow residents will see Metronet trucks in the area. Residents will receive communication by mail about construction activity in their neighborhood 30 days prior to the start date. Additional notifications, such as yard signs, will also inform residents of upcoming construction. Metronet crews will be identifiable by ID tags and branded vehicles.
