Cardi B responds to Kulture drawing on $60K Birkin and talks Revolve Fest fashion

Cardi B shared her reaction to a now-viral parenting moment during her appearance at Revolve Festival 2025, revealing she 'couldn't even be mad' when her daughter Kulture doodled on her $60,000 Hermès Birkin bag.
Speaking exclusively to The Rundown's Erin Lim Rhodes on April 12, Cardi explained that her response stemmed from wanting to test Kulture's honesty. 'I was like, 'Kulture, did you doodle on mommy's purse?' And she's like, 'Yeah! Did you like it?'' the rapper recalled with a laugh. Despite the high price tag, Cardi was more amused than upset by her daughter's answer.
Although she cherishes her luxury handbags, the Grammy winner—who also shares two other children with estranged husband Offset—admitted she's rethinking the idea of passing them down. 'Sometimes I be like, 'Yeah, I want to pass this down,' but I might just wear it when I'm an old b--ch,' she joked.
Outside of motherhood, Cardi is expanding her business empire. She recently launched a fashion and beauty brand in partnership with Revolve Group, reflecting her signature style and passion for practical fashion. Speaking to Women's Wear Daily, she emphasized the importance of accurate sizing, noting, 'If it's a size small, it should be a true size small.'
As she balances music, parenting, and entrepreneurship, Cardi acknowledged the pressure of celebrity ventures in beauty and lifestyle. 'We have to come in strong,' she said.

Sabrina Carpenter roasts immature men in hilarious Manchild music video

Sabrina Carpenter is taking aim at emotionally immature partners in her new single Manchild, released June 5. The following day, the pop star unveiled a humorous and theatrical music video directed by Vania Heymann and Gal Muggia, in which she lampoons the absurdity of modern dating. Set to lyrics critiquing emotional immaturity — 'Stupid, or is it slow / Maybe it's useless / But there's a cuter word for it, I know: Manchild' — the video follows Carpenter through the American West as she attempts to escape a series of hopeless suitors. Whether she's riding on the back of a jet ski barreling down a desert highway, crammed in a shopping cart hitched to a motorcycle, or balancing on a motorized recliner, each vignette shows her failing to get anywhere with men who can't seem to grow up. The Grammy-nominated artist poked fun at the concept on Instagram, writing: 'it's exactly what i pictured in my head… no animals were harmed in the making but some men were.' Manchild is Carpenter's first new release since the deluxe edition of Short n' Sweet, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200. She co-wrote the track with songwriter Amy Allen and producer Jack Antonoff. On Instagram, she said it was written after finishing the album: 'this song became to me something I can look back on that will score the mental montage to the very confusing and fun young adult years of life.' Carpenter is currently on a brief hiatus from her Short n' Sweet world tour, which resumes in July with performances in London's Hyde Park, followed by a North American leg.

Timbaland launches AI-generated artist TaTa under new company Stage Zero

Grammy-winning producer Timbaland has announced the launch of a new AI-driven entertainment company, Stage Zero, and introduced its first AI-generated artist, TaTa. The artist, depicted as a pink-haired virtual performer, will represent what Timbaland describes as a new genre: 'A-pop, artificial pop.' Photo: Rolling Stone Stage Zero co-founder Rocky Mudaliar told Rolling Stone that TaTa marks an early step in redefining pop music through AI. Timbaland, who now serves as creative director at Suno—an AI music tool—said he became interested in the technology after uploading his unfinished demos and being captivated by the AI-generated voice responses. 'It came to a point where I'm like, 'Yo, this voice, it's amazing.'' While humans will remain part of the creative process behind TaTa's music, reactions have been divided. The music industry is still grappling with how AI fits into copyright law, with Suno already facing legal action from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) for allegedly using copyrighted material to train its AI models. There is no confirmed release date for TaTa's first single, but Stage Zero plans to make her as lifelike as possible with an active online presence. Mudaliar believes public scepticism will wane over time, saying '[AI is] not going anywhere,' and comparing its rise to the acceptance of social media influencers.

Miley Cyrus reveals why she took relaxed approach to promoting ‘Endless Summer Vacation'

During a recent appearance on The Tonight Show, Miley Cyrus explained her unconventional strategy for promoting her 2023 album Endless Summer Vacation. Rather than following traditional marketing methods, she opted for a relaxed approach that aligned with the album's laid-back theme. 'I cleverly titled my last album Endless Summer Vacation so then I could be on vacation and that could be part of my aesthetic,' Cyrus told host Jimmy Fallon. 'So all I had to do was take pictures of me in a bathing suit and be like, 'ESV!' and that was the promo.' Miley Cyrus talking about her fans commenting that she wasn't promoting her last album 😭 'I just cleverly titled my last album Endless Summer Vacation so then I could be on vacation and it would look like that was a part of my aesthetic.' — Miley Edition (@MileyEdition) June 5, 2025 She added that some fans were confused by the lack of traditional marketing efforts. 'All my fans were like, 'You're not promoting this album!' I was like, 'I'm making the next one, people!'' Despite the low-key rollout, Endless Summer Vacation became one of Cyrus's most well-received projects. The album featured the Grammy-winning hit 'Flowers' and was accompanied by a Disney+ special, Endless Summer Vacation (Backyard Sessions), showcasing her performances in an intimate setting. Now moving on from the ESV era, Cyrus has launched her latest project, Something Beautiful, released on May 30. The album marks her first visual LP and has already earned critical acclaim. Industry forecasts predict a strong debut on the charts, with Something Beautiful expected to land at No. 2 on the Billboard 200. If it does, it will become her highest-charting album since 2020's Plastic Hearts.
