Irish Rail worker, Nigel, put his horse whispering skills to the test and manged to safely catch the horse and remove it from the tracks. In a tongue in cheek post on X (formerly Twitter) Irish Rail said: "All in a days work for our great infrastructure teams. Bulling to get to work at Hansfield but staying behind the yellow line, and Nigel is a horse of a man helping another stray from the line near Leixlip. "Men and beasts safe and well. Apologies for resulting delays.'
