Actor Salman Khan's bodyguard Shera has been more like a family to him. On Thursday, Salman Khan was seen paying a visit at Shera's residence in Mumbai as his father passed away recently. Salman's bodyguard Shera lost his father Sunder Singh Jolly on Wednesday. During the visit, Salman was seen comforting Shera with a hug. The news of Shera's father demise came in light after Shera took to his social media handles to share an official statement. Sunder Singh was battling cancer. He was 88 at the time of his death. Shera has been Salman Khan's bodyguard since 1995, and has been seen with the actor at all times. Salman too made sure to stand by him and thus arrived to pay his last respects after Shera's father. Shera's father's cremation took place at the Oshiwara Crematorium, Jogeshwari West in Mumbai, and during the day, visuals from the same were shared on the paparazzi accounts. 'The last journey will start at 4 PM from my residence 1902, The Park luxury Residences, Off Lokhandwala Back Road, Oshiwara, Andheri West, Mumbai.' Shera, whose real name is Gurmeet Singh Jolly, also runs his own security firm named Tiger Security, which provides security to several high-profile celebrities. Shera was also in charge of Justin Bieber's security during his Mumbai concert in 2017.
