OPEN// Qatari emir receives president Sisi at Amiri Diwan in Doha

DOHA, April 14 (MENA) - Emir of Qatar Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani on Monday received Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi at the Amiri Diwan in Doha where an official reception was held for the Egyptian president upon his arrival.
An official session of talks will take place between delegations of both countries, followed by a summit meeting between president Sisi and Qatar's emir, according to Presidential Spokesman Mohamed el Shennawy.
President Sisi arrived to the Qatari capital, Doha, on Sunday as the first leg of his Gulf tour that will take him to Kuwait.
The tour aims to boost cooperation in all fields and addressing regional developments, particularly as regards the Palestinian issue and efforts to reach a ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip. (MENA)

Egypt's PM congratulates Kamil Idris on his appointment as Sudan's New PM

H-Tayea Egyptian Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly held a phone call this evening with Kamil Idris to extend his congratulations on assuming office as the new Prime Minister of the Republic of Sudan. During the call, Madbouly expressed his sincere wishes for Prime Minister Idris's success in leading the Sudanese government during this critical juncture. He reaffirmed Egypt's steadfast support for Sudan's stability, security, and unity, stressing the importance of close cooperation and continuous coordination between the two neighboring countries. Egypt's First Lady Extends Condolences to Khaled Shawky's Family

Rana Atef On Tuesday, Egypt's First Lady Entissar El Sisi Extended her condolences to the late Khaled Mohamed Shawki. Shawki sacrificed his life in a heroic act to save people from the consequences of a horrible fires. Fire started in his tank truck, therefore, he insisted to drive the burning truck to a safe point far away from factories, homes, and fuel station in 10th of Ramadan area. This act embodies the highest values of courage and humanity, El Sisi described. In a post posted on her official social media platforms, El Sisi offered her deepest condolences, affirming that his noble sacrifice will remain etched in the hearts of all Egyptians and serve as a source of pride for future generations.
