Sue Radford stops daughter Katie from visiting home with young son as she admits 'struggles'
Sue Radford prevented her daughter Katie from popping round to their family home with her little lad in the latest instalment of their reality programme as part of her "tough love" approach.
The Radford family first found fame when they appeared in their own Channel 5 show 22 Kids & Counting where they document the life of their large and ever-growing family.
During the most recent episode, viewers saw new mum Katie struggle with motherhood as she relocated from an 11-bedroom family mansion where she resided alongside her numerous brothers and sisters, to a cramped flat.
She gave birth to her first baby Ronnie with her partner of six years Connor Carter last October, though things haven't been entirely plain sailing for the 22-year-old.
During the programme, she revealed her battles with night-time feeding sessions every two hours alongside feeling "isolated" and regretting her decision to move out, reports the Mirror.
Shortly after welcoming her son Ronnie Hudson Carter into the world, the pair relocated to a compact flat situated just two hours away from the family residence.
Katie has been struggling particularly since her partner Connor returned to his job.
Discussing the circumstances, she explained: "A baby takes up a lot of room, there just wouldn't have been room in my mum and dad's house for us all.
"Last night, he woke up every two hours... I don't think anything prepares you for having your own, I didn't expect this to be me. Connor went back to work today and it is harder, you've got to do everything yourself.
"It is a lot harder living on your own. At home you've got your parents and your siblings to help, whereas when you're at your own place you've got to do it on your own. I wasn't prepared for any of that - the loneliness."
Katie revealed she particularly yearns for her mum and dad and confessed it feels as though she's completely alone.
Later in the programme, Katie admits she longs for the hectic atmosphere of living at home surrounded by her numerous brothers and sisters.
The mum-of-one had been popping back to the family house almost daily, but mum Sue felt compelled to dish out some "tough love".
She explained: "She was coming round every single day, 8:30am and then not going back until 6pm - I think she was missing everybody."
She continued: "Katie coming round to the house every day is not really gonna help her settle into being in the flat on her own. Trying to help her, there's got to be a bit of tough love there."
One scene captures Katie strolling with Ronnie as she remarks: "My mum's text - said I can't come round today...that's very strange."
She reveals: "Memories like Ronnie's first smile or his first giggle, I'd like to share the moments with all my family, they're missing out on that. Some days I do regret moving from home."

The Portuguese star was posing for pics with Hoops fans outside Glasgow's five star Blythswood Hotel on Sunday afternoon. Celtic hero Jota was forced to flee after being caught up in an Orange Walk. The Portuguese star was posing for selfies with Hoops fans outside Glasgow's five star Blythswood Hotel on Sunday afternoon. But his pals yelled at him to run into a car as the procession closed in. One fan said: 'We were actually outside the hotel as we wanted to get glimpse of Tom Holland who was staying there during Spider-Man filming. 'Then all of a sudden Jota just strolled out. 'He was happily chatting to us and doing selfies. 'My friend asked if he'd seen Tom but he said he hadn't but had seen his fiancée Zendaya. 'The march was getting louder and closer so his pals were getting very flustered telling him that he had to go. 'He didn't seem too bothered though and kept doing pictures but the people he was with started shouting that he had to get away. 'They then ushered him into a vehicle which sped off.' Love Island winners revealed as Cach and Toni in close final
Cach and Toni have been revealed as the winners of Love Island 2025 after several weeks in the Spanish villa, and they have taken home the £50,000 prize over their fellow finalists Cach Mercer and Toni Laites have been revealed as the winners of Love Island 2025. The ITV2 reality show wrapped up its twelfth series on Monday night and viewers watched as the happy couple both looked shocked when it was declared that they had emerged victorious, and would be walking off with the £50,000 prize. The pair managed to win over the public, beating off competition from fellow finalists Angel Swift and Ty Isherwood, Harry Cooksley and Shakira Khan and Yasmin Pettett and Jamie Rhodes. Immediately after the big win was announced, the couple were greeted by their fellow Islanders as they rushed to congratulate them. Host Maya Jama announced their victory live on air. It comes after one Mirror writer claimed 'the new Bonnie Blue documentary may be the worst thing I've ever seen on Channel 4'. The pair looked shocked upon learning of their big win, and when Maya asked US native Toni if she had any words for the British public, she held back tears and screamed: "Yeah, I love you guys!" Viewers were quick to flood social media with their reactions, with one writing: "There you have winners Congratulations to Cach and Toni our American princess took the crown and our handsome and most gentleman we have this year." Another said: "They went from strangers to soulmates," and embellished their comment with a tears emoji and a red heart, whilst a third said: "Toni and Cach are such a deserving couple. Cach taught Toni the bare minimum she should expect in treatment from a man and Toni taught Cach that pride can sometimes stop you getting what you want. I'm here for it." Cach and Toni first laid eyes on each other during Casa Amor and although they struck up an instant connection, it was obvious Toni's heart was still with Harrison. Harrison however, had shared kisses with Helena in the main villa, leaving Toni with no option to explore, adamant Harrison would be doing the same. Of course, he did as he returned to the main villa with Lauren. The pair were glued to each other's hips, but Harrison continued to have flirty conversations with Toni. Harrison then persuaded Toni to couple up with him at the next recoupling, leaving Cach in tears in scenes that moved the nation. However, when Lauren was dumped from the villa, Harrison told his fellow Islanders that he saw himself being in a relationship with Lauren on the outside. As Harrison made his exit, Cach found it in his heart to forgive Toni, despite trying to get to know Billykiss at the same time. However, it looked like his family made need a little bit more convincing. Cut to the final week, and the couple couldn't have been happier despite all the tests and challenges thrown at them with Cach even telling (not asking) Toni to become exclusive with him. Although the pair reside across the Atlantic from each other, Toni has made it clear that she has no problems moving to London. During the final, the four finalists got all dressed up for one final meal together, and eventual runners-up Harry and Shakira reflected on their journey as a couple together throughout the series. She told him: "Doing this experience without you and watching things unfold was so hard because I felt so strongly towards you. You're everything I could possibly want in a partner. It's been an amazing last week and I'm excited for the future." Prior to coupling up with Shakira, Harry had a l ong-standing romance with Helena Ford and then his ex-girlfriend Emma Munro made a shock entrance to the villa before leaving in the weeks leading up to the final. Shakira was initially coupled up with Harry in the early weeks of the competition, but they got together again just days ahead of the final and he told her: "I came in here and thought it would be a lot of fun. Finding you in a Villa in Mallorca was not on my bingo card this summer. I do regret taking too long to tell you how I felt. We both know this is more than surface level - I think it always has been for me."

Liam Neeson's son breaks silence on dad's Pamela Anderson romance with telling comment
Liam Neeson's son, Daniel, who he shared with his late wife Natasha Richardson, has publicly reacted to his dad's new relationship with the Baywatch star. Liam Neeson and Pamela Anderson delighted fans when they revealed their blossoming romance at the Naked Gun premiere and it seems they have already gotten their families' approval of their new relationship. The pair hit it off after meeting during filming for the Naked Gun reboot, which they both play a leading role in. The Taken actor, 73, appears to be absolutely smitten with the Baywatch icon, 58, who he he called 'gorgeous' and also praised for her 'silliness'. Pamela and Liam have been seen getting cosy on the red carpet together, with both families posing with them for photos at the film's premieres. The actress has now shared her first snap with Liam to her Instagram page in a playful black and white photoshoot of the pair tossing popcorn at the camera. In another snap, Pamela is seen smiling while lying on the floor as Liam is bent over her with a camera in hand. The actress captioned the series of snaps: "The Naked Gun is finally in theatres! Bring your friends, family, lovers… whoever… just go and have a laugh… it's good for you! I'll see you there." The post has brought in over 1M likes and thousands of comments, with Liam's son Daniel, who he shared with his late wife Natasha Richardson, among them. The 28-year-old seemingly confirmed his approval for his father's new romance as he left a string of emojis in the comments. These included two hands raised in celebration, two fires, two white hearts, and a water pistol so it's safe to say Daniel is happy to see the pair together. Daniel's late mother, Natasha Richardson died in a tragic skiing accident when he was just 12-years-old and his older brother Micheál was 13. The Parent Trap star was just 45-years-old when she passed away in 2009 and had been married to Neeson for 15 years. Natasha's sister, Joely Richardson, also shared her support as she touchingly left seven red heart emojis on Pamela's post. The Baywatch star's son, Brandon Thomas Lee, previously said that his mother and Liam were 'having a great time' on the press tour. He told Access Hollywood: "It's fun to see them be, you know, good castmates [and] have a good time. "I just think they're such great co-stars. I think [chemistry] is part of that, right? I think they have such a great onscreen chemistry that it really, you know, means it's well done." He also left a sweet comment on Pam's Instagram post as he wrote: "So proud of you and all of the hard work that went into this film! Everyone involved should be so proud!"
