'Now that everything is gone and my days are filled with fear and worry I feel even more disconnected from my friends and former life. I see people able to compartmentalise and carry on with their lives. It's frustrating I can't get past the feelings. I don't know where I go from here.'
She continued: 'I don't know whose life I'm living bc I don't recognise it… so I just hold my little boy and he kisses my tears away. But I wish it would all just go away.'
