General Hospital Recap: Brook Lynn Unleashes on Lois About Gio's Adoption

Yahoo29-05-2025

On today's General Hospital recap:
Welcome to the 2025 Nurses Ball......day 5
Brook Lynn demands answers from Lois who admits Gio is her son. Lois says she wanted Gio to go to a good family who would love him. Brook Lynn wants all the answers and Lois explains Camella wanted a baby and was thrilled when they offered Gio to her. She says it felt like the perfect solution, and they couldn't tell the truth when Camella died. Lois says she was trying to do the right thing, as Dante interrupts.
Emma finds Gio at the mansion, getting ready to leave. She says she's coming with him as Tracy gets home, complaining about Drew and getting arrested. Tracy finally realizes something is wrong and questions them. Gio tells him that he's family after all which confuses Tracy.
Jason prevents Willow and Drew from following Michael. Willow gets a call from the nanny while the others come out of the ballroom. Jason tells them that he took Amelia to Carly's which is where Michael was headed. Willow yells at Jason for taking her baby.
Nina questions Sonny about Jason taking the baby from Willow, and he says Jason was abiding by Michael's wishes. Nina says she thought Michael's return would calm things down but now they are worse. She tells Sonny to talk Michael into a compromise, but he says this is the way things will be until Willow gets away from Drew. Sonny says Drew has ruined Willow's life and wants Nina to get her to see that.
Sasha is babysitting Amelia when Michael and Wylie arrive and are reunited. Michael tucks Wylie into bed and promises he'll be there in the morning for him. Michael thanks Sasha for taking care of Amelia and sending the sonograms to him. He tells her not to worry as he will keep his promise to stay out of the baby's life.
Drew and Willow head to the station to report Jason for kidnapping Amelia. (At some point, I want Mac to have had enough, roll his eyes and tell Drew to get the phoque out of his precinct.)
Kai and Trina head to her apartment and enjoy champagne. She is concerned about Gio and admits she's been thinking about Spencer lately. Trina says she was worried about Kai's surgery because she didn't want to lose someone else she cares about. The two admit they had feelings for each other early on and this is a beginning for them. Afterwards, the two share some afternoon delight.
Lulu finds Cody waiting for her at home with a couple of beers. Cody tells her Dante is mad and confused. He's not sure if they made the right call and asks how Gio found out. Lulu says he overheard her and Lois in the dressing room.
Cody tells Lulu he was so focused on Dante, he didn't think about how this would impact Gio. He says Gio grew up with a family who adored him and was well adjusted. However, they messed everything up and feels guilty so many people's lives got ripped apart. Lulu is certain those lives are now better, but Cody disagrees.
Lulu thinks it's all worth it, now that the truth is out. Further, she believes both Dante and Brook Lynn will be good parents. She says Gio has a full family now and everything has to be good, but Cody says this lie is pretty big. Lulu is certain everyone will help Gio come to terms with his new reality. Cody tells her to stay away for a while.
Brook Lynn apologizes to Dante saying she couldn't tell him she was pregnant. He doesn't know why she didn't tell him, but admits she was scared so she gave the baby up for adoption. She swears she didn't know the child was Gio. Dante still doesn't understand why she didn't tell him, but she says she thought it would just upset him. Dante says they have to put it all aside to help Gio through this new reality. Tracy sends a text that Gio is at the mansion and Brook Lynn refuses to let Lois join them.
Brook Lynn says she agreed to a closed adoption so they wouldn't know where the baby was, and Lois should have told her if she was changing it. She says what Lois did was unforgivable and wants her to stay away.
Ned finds Lois crying.
Gio angrily tells Tracy that Brook Lynn and Dante are his parents which makes her his great grandmother. Tracy wants details but he tells her to talk to Lois, and she realizes he is the baby Brook Lynn told her about. Tracy stops them from leaving and says he's her family. She says everything in this house is his and everyone is related to him, and he cries as she tells him not to push them away.
Gio says he had a family, a mother he lost and now it's all a lie. He thinks everyone lied to him. He says he doesn't want to jump on the Quartermaine bandwagon as Brook Lynn and Dante show up.

After its critically acclaimed first season, which earned a perfect 100% on Rotten Tomatoes, fans are eagerly awaiting news about Supacell Season 2. One question is on everyone's mind: Is Supacell Season 2 releasing in June 2025? Here's everything we know so far about the upcoming season. Is Supacell Season 2 releasing in June 2025? Good news for fans: Supacell Season 2 is officially happening! Netflix confirmed the renewal on August 13, 2024, following the massive success of Season 1, which garnered 33.4 million views globally and spent six weeks in Netflix's Top 10 English-language series. Showrunner Rapman (Andrew Onwubolu) has teased that Season 2 will be a game-changer, likening Season 1 to Batman Begins and Season 2 to The Dark Knight for its darker, more intense narrative. However, despite some speculation, Supacell Season 2 is not confirmed to release in June 2025. While one source suggested a potential June 26, 2025, premiere, recent production updates indicate otherwise. Filming, originally slated for early 2025, has been delayed to October 2025, pushing the expected release to late 2026 or possibly 2027. Supacell Season 2 Plot: What to Expect Supacell Season 1 followed five Black South Londoners—Michael, Sabrina, Andre, Rodney, and Tazer—who unexpectedly develop superpowers linked to sickle cell disease. The season ended on a heartbreaking cliffhanger, with Michael (Tosin Cole) vowing revenge after failing to save his fiancée, Dionne, from a tragic death. A post-credits scene revealed Victoria (Sian Brooke) as the true leader of The Organization, a shadowy group hunting superpowered individuals, setting up a major conflict for Season 2. Rapman has teased that Season 2 will dive deeper into the consequences of the characters' powers and explore darker themes. Michael's quest for vengeance will likely drive the narrative, as he travels to the future to uncover answers about The Organization. General Hospital Rumor Reveals [Spoiler] Wins Custody Battle, but Who Blackmailed the Judge?

The custody war between Michael and Willow has fans of General Hospital thinking someone might have blackmailed the judge. After all, the latest episode, dated June 11, and the spoilers have signs of a few characters taking drastic measures to gain custody. So who is it? Drew, Carly, Jack, or someone else, here's an explainer. Michael won the custody battle on General Hospital. But it's not confirmed if he or someone else blackmailed the judge to win. However, fans believe Jack or Nina could have taken some steps to sway the decision in his favor. On the June 11 episode, tensions reached a peak as Michael met with Carly, Sonny, and Jason, revealing he would flee the country with the kids if the verdict didn't go his way. He was convinced Willow couldn't see the damage Drew was causing, and he wasn't willing to leave Wiley and Amelia in her care. His desperation hinted that the stakes were higher than ever. Shortly after, Michael received a court update, and according to recent GH spoilers, the judge ruled in his favor. While fans initially believed Willow had the stronger case, the outcome suggests something shady may have swayed the verdict. Cameron Mathison, who plays Drew Cain, added fuel to the fire when he responded to an Instagram rumor about Drew blackmailing Judge Eva Heran. He laughed it off, saying, 'He should have!!! Lol,' before spilling, 'But someone else did to get Michael custody.' That comment turned fan speculation into near-certainty. If Drew didn't do it, who did? Fans on social media have thrown out several possible suspects. 'My money is on Jack (for Carly) or Tracy,' one fan posted on Facebook. While another added, '[It could be] Nina to keep the kids away from Drew and help willow see his true colors.' Each possibility fits the General Hospital mold of twisted loyalties and secret deals. But whoever it was, their actions may have long-term consequences. At this point, nothing has been confirmed on-screen. But the internet buzz around the judge's decision keeps growing, with fans questioning if it was justice or just another behind-the-scenes power play. However, one thing's for sure that the battle between Michael, Willow, and Drew is far from over. And if blackmail really played a part in the verdict, it's only a matter of time before the truth surfaces and causes even more chaos.
