We can reveal McGuire, 36, is said to be an associate of Dubai-based Ross McGill.
In the three-minute clip, McGuire and Fredo, 31, cruise around the desert paradise in a Lamborghini.
Hailing Billy, the Londoner - who has worked with Stormzy - raps: "That spot that you left Bill will never be filled, the pain won't stop till the enemy's killed."
The video has since been viewed more than 300,000 times on You- Tube.
It's the latest homage to Billy from McGuire's Drumboys Productions - named after his home patch of Drumchapel, Glasgow.
It ends with a photo of his tragic loved one captioned: "Everything we do, we do for you."
Meanwhile, mobsters believed to be acting for McGill are behind a deadly turf war involving hoods in the Glasgow and Edinburgh areas.
Crews connected to the ex-Union Bears Rangers ultra, 31, have been terrorising people associated with the Daniels crime clan.
He is said to be linked to their enemies in the Lyons crew.
Last night, a source told The Scottish Sun on Sunday: "McGuire and McGill live a very luxurious lifestyle and mix in the same circles. McGuire takes every opportunity to spend his cash on tributes to his brother Billy.
Inside the rise of ex-Rangers ultras chief turned mob boss waging gangland war across Scotland
"He is making a lot of money in Dubai and there are quite a few Drumchapel boys out there.
"He used to be associated with the Daniels but is now with the Lyons.
"A lot of guys have jumped ship and it all comes down to money."
Brian Folan, 27, was jailed for life for stabbing to death Billy, 25, in Clydebank, near Glasgow, in 2020.
His victim had been set to face trial over an alleged gun attack.
We told in 2023 how McGuire - who claims to have raked in £17million - recruited rapper Mazza L20 for an earlier tribute to his brother.
Mazza, real name Malcolm Graham, was serving an 11-year sentence for firearms offences but appeared via a mobile phone call.

Ross 'Miami' McGill is said be an associate of Boab McGuire in Dubai.
A source said then: "Boab has never gotten over Billy's murder. He must be raking it in because he has spent a fortune on these films."
One of Graham's tunes appeared to offer a £30,000 bounty to anyone who attacked those responsible for killing Billy.
But a disclaimer at the start of McGuire's latest film stated: "The makers of this video do not condone violence of any kind."
Fredo, real name Marvin William Bailey, had a No1 hit in 2018 with Funky Friday alongside fellow rapper Dave.

Final tragic moments of dad and daughter found dead on mountain hike

Three days after Tim Keiderling, 58, and Esther Keiderling, 28, were last seen alive their bodies were recovered from Mount Katahdin after they set out to reach the summit A family has been torn apart after a dad and his daughter never returned from a hike last weekend. On Sunday June 1 Tim Keiderling, 58, and Esther Keiderling, 28, were last seen at around 10.15am local time. They had set out from the Abol Campground to hike Mount Katahdin and were last seen heading towards the summit. ‌ The Baxter State Park website describes the Katahdin trail the pair took as a 'very strenuous climb" adding that it can take an average of eight to 12 hours to hike round-trip. When Baxter State Park Rangers noticed that the Keiderlings vehicle was still in the day-use car park hours later a search was launched to locate them. ‌ Baxter Park Rangers actively searched the Abol Trail the Hunt Trail, including the Katahdin Tablelands, and found no sign of the father and daughter, both of Ulster Park, N.Y. Baxter State Park Rangers expanded their search on Katahdin on June 3, assisted by over 30 game wardens including the Maine Warden Service Search and Rescue team and the Maine Warden Service K9 team. From the skies helicopters from the Maine Forest Service, the Maine Army National Guard and a Lakota Helicopter outfitted with an infrared thermal imaging device also assisted wth the search. Days later, on Tuesday, June 3, Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife updated a statement, writing that a Maine Warden Service K9 search team found Tim's body near the summit of the mountain, but his daughter remained missing. The organization updated the statement again the following day on Wednesday, June 4, announcing that searchers had found Esther's body. In a statement shared via the family's New York-based church, Tim's brother-in-law, Heinrich Arnold, has spoken out about the tragedy. He thanked community members for their 'outpouring of prayers and support" after the "heartbreaking tragedy." ‌ Explaining that Tim, a father of six, and Esther's deaths have been "difficult to fully grasp," he continued, "Both were taken from us far too soon, and we are all left asking: 'Why?'" reports PEOPLE. He added: "One comfort to the family is knowing that Tim and Esther were doing something they both were passionate about: being near to God, surrounded by expansive views and visions, immersed in nature, in the raw and wild beauty of creation. The last few days have been filled with endless hours of heartache and prayer as we prayed for God's protection and his comfort in this loss." Joe Keiderling, Tim's brother, told NBC News that his sibling was "utterly unique." The pair both worked for the medical supply company Rifton Equipment. Joe added: "Many young men and women remember him as an elementary school teacher who could hold them spellbound with wildly imaginative stories and escapades in the woods and fields of the Hudson Valley he called home." Of Esther, Joe said his niece was quiet but "deeply sensitive," telling NBC News, "She loved reading and writing, with a particular fondness for the poets Gerard Manley Hopkins and Edna St. Vincent Millay."

Orkney killer Michael Ross' mum breaks down after quizzing him on horrific murder

The Orkney Assassin examines the shocking case of Michael Ross The mother of Michael Ross, the man incarcerated for the 1994 slaying of a Bangladeshi waiter in Orkney, crumbled into tears during a recent documentary about the crime, reports the Scottish Daily Express. The poignant scenes in The Orkney Assassin show Moira Ross breaking down as she recalls asking her then-teenage son if he was behind the murder. ‌ Speaking to the documentary team, she said: "I remember him coming home with the detective. He was just his normal self. ‌ "All he wanted to do was come down and have a biscuit and something to eat because he'd been starving when he was being questioned at the police station. So he was hungry." Moira carried on: "Then he went up to his room and sat there and I did go up and ask him, I said, 'Did you shoot that man?' And he said , 'No.'" "And I just can't get over the look on his face when I asked him that." Deeply moved, Moira shed tears as her spouse, ex-police officer Eddy Ross, sat nex to her with a tearful demeanour. ‌ Ross was merely 15 when Shamsuddin Mahmood, aged 26, was fatally shot by someone masked in Mumtaz Restaurant in Kirkwall amidst diners, which included children. Mahmood's previously worked on the island the year before, and his untimely demise stirred considerable trepidation in the Bangladeshi community concerning small-town relocations for fear of similar tragedies. ‌ Following police detention and questioning, the youngster was subsequently let go. The case baffled the authorities for years, with former soldier Ross eventually being convicted of the murder and given a 25-year sentence in 2008. In a dramatic turn of events, ex-Army sniper Ross tried to escape the courtroom after the guilty verdict was announced, nearly succeeding before he was caught. ‌ Police later discovered a stash of weapons in a car park nearby, in a vehicle rented by Ross. The Orkney Assassin, which launches on Prime Video today (June 8), provides new insights into the shocking 31 year old cold-blooded murder. ‌ From Ross' parents, who firmly maintain his innocence, to eyewitnesses, journalists, police detectives, and legal representatives involved in the case at the time, The Orkney Assassin examines all aspects of the case. The Orkney Assassin questions whether Mahmood's tragic death was a racist attack or even a professional hit as the evidence is reevaluated. Despite his conviction, Ross has always insisted he is innocent, with the campaign group J4MR - Justice 4 Michael Ross attempting to overturn the verdict and claiming it's a massive miscarriage of justice. Ross is currently serving his sentence at HMP Shotts in Lanarkshire and has made three attempts to escape from prison since his incarceration began.
