Two former Carlisle United players go head to head at Wembley today - for the right to avoid facing the Blues next season.
The National League play-off final sees Oldham Athletic and Southend United compete for a place back in the EFL.

The outcome will complete the line-up of Carlisle's opponents in the 2025/26 season.
And there are familiar faces on both sides as the respective clubs bid to escape the fifth tier.
For Oldham, striker Joe Garner is making a second Wembley appearance in the space of three years.
The veteran frontman was in the United XI that started 2023's League Two play-off final victory over Stockport County.
Now he is set for a key role in the National League final, having played a significant part in Oldham's run to Wembley.
Garner, who had four spells with Carlisle, has scored in both the Latics' play-off games to this point.

He netted in their 4-0 eliminator victory over FC Halifax Town.
And then the 37-year-old scored to set Micky Mellon's side on their way to a 3-0 win at York City in the play-off semi-final.
Garner's four league goals this season have all come at the business end as Oldham eye a return to the EFL after a three-year absence.
The frontman left Carlisle to join the Boundary Park club in January 2024, at the end of his fourth United spell.
In total since 2006, Garner scored 33 goals for the Blues in 120 appearances.
Standing in his and Oldham's way is a Southend side that includes former Blues midfielder Jack Bridge.

The 29-year-old has already had a significant impact on the Shrimpers' play-off run so far.
He came off the bench to scored their extra-time equaliser at Forest Green Rovers that forced a 2-2 draw and a penalty shoot-out.
And Bridge was among the players to convert from the spot as Kevin Maher's side progressed to the final.
Bridge had also started Southend's 4-3 eliminator win over Rochdale to boost the club's bid to return to the EFL after four years in the fifth tier.
The midfielder was on Carlisle's books from 2019-2020, making 35 appearances and scoring three goals.
Oldham are 6/4 favourites to win the final with Southend 15/8.
Kick-off is 3pm.

JoJo Siwa goes public about finding love with Chris Hughes on ‘Celebrity Big Brother'
There's been a lot of conversation over the years about JoJo Siwa's romantic relationships and now she's added a new chapter. In an interview with The Guardian, Siwa, 22, confirmed that she is dating former 'Love Island' cast member Chris Hughes, whom she met when they both participated in a recent season of the UK series 'Celebrity Big Brother.' 'It's not platonic any more, and it's been a beautiful development, a beautiful connection, and I'm absolutely head over heels for him and he's the same way.' Siwa said of her relationship with the man she calls 'sweet Christopher.' Their connection was on display in the 'Celebrity Big Brother' house after Hughes stood up for Siwa when she was feeling targeted by another housemate, actor Mickey Rourke, who made comments about her sexuality. Siwa identifies as queer. It was announced during production that Rourke left the show after 'further use of inappropriate language' and 'instances of unacceptable behaviour.' Siwa and Hughes grew close on the series and were accused of playing it up for the cameras, something she denies. 'No, this is a very genuine connection – we're not faking a thing,' she told The Guardian. Their obvious regard for each other provided fodder for speculation, especially as at the time Siwa entered the house, she was in a relationship with Australian actor Kath Ebbs. Following the end of the show's season, Ebbs released a video on social media saying that Siwa had broken up with them at the wrap party. 'I flew across the world to support and be there and hold that person in whatever they would be experiencing, leaving such a wild experience, and instead, I was dumped at the afterparty, with Chris [Hughes] in the next room,' Ebbs said in the video. 'I was told that there are confused feelings there … and that [Siwa] had realized in the house that I wasn't the person that [she] wanted to spend the foreseeable future with.' Siwa now says she understands the interest in her relationship with Hughes. 'People can see our chemistry, and they got to see it develop,' she said. 'I think everyone's just curious, and I can't blame them.' Siwa, who rose to fame as a child on 'Dance Moms' and has served as a judge on 'So You Think You Can Dance,' has a message for those who believe her relationship with Hughes is a publicity stunt. 'Clearly, you've never been around us. I won't ever speak for him, but for me personally, the happiness in my life just radiates off of me right now,' she said. Hughes's latest social media post is a series of photos with Siwa, captioned: 'The previous 7 days have been the prettiest.'

The New Bentley Bentayga Speed V-8 Outpunches the W-12
It's been nearly a year since Bentley assembled its final W-12 engine , concluding more than 20 years of producing twelve-cylinder cars. Although the venerable powertrain is gone, the Volkswagen Group's ultra-luxury brand is confident its replacement is better. I mean, they weren't going to say it's worse, right? The new Bentayga Speed replaces the old 6.0-liter unit with a significantly smaller 4.0-liter engine, still featuring a twin-turbo setup. The latest Bentayga Speed packs 641 horsepower, or 15 hp more than the now-defunct W-12. However, the downsized engine generates "only" 627 lb-ft (850 Nm) of torque, which is 37 lb-ft (50 Nm) less than the previous model. It's still not the most potent SUV out there, considering the Aston Martin DBX S, Ferrari Purosangue , Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat, Lamborghini Urus SE, and Porsche Cayenne Turbo E-Hybrid are all part of the 700-hp club. A few EVs are even more powerful. Photo by: Bentley As you can imagine, removing the chunky engine has had a positive impact on the SUV's curb weight. It now weighs 5,435 pounds (2,465 kilograms), making it approximately 95 pounds (43 kilograms) lighter than before. The engine transplant puts the 'Speed' in Bentayga Speed , cutting the 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) acceleration time by half a second to 3.4 seconds. Bentley claims the posh family hauler reaches 193 mph (310 km/h), three mph faster than the old W-12. Beyond the improved spec sheet, the updated model should feel a bit more agile, thanks to the addition of rear-wheel steering. Carbon-ceramic brakes are optional, but only if the vehicle is ordered with the massive 23-inch Speed wheels. Bentley also tweaked the Sport driving mode, stiffening the suspension dampers by 15% compared to the Bentayga V8 S. The steering response has been quickened for a more engaging drive. Bentley believes you won't miss the W-12's soundtrack too much, as the new Speed features a standard sports exhaust system. For an even meaner noise, buyers can splurge on the optional Akrapovič titanium exhaust with quad tips instead of just two. 2026 Bentley Bentayga Speed 19 Source: Bentley Styling changes are discreet. In addition to the 23-inch alloys mentioned earlier, the Bentayga Speed gets darker headlights and taillights, along with an optional contrasting black roof available in either satin or gloss finish. Inside, the standard chrome accents can be replaced with a dark tint to enhance the sporty vibe. Rounding out the updates are subtle changes to the seat upholstery colors and quilted design. Even without the W-12, you're not 'losing an iota of what makes a Bentley, a Bentley." Those extra four cylinders were cut due to stricter emissions regulations. For the same reasons, time is running out for the pure ICE experience in a model from Crewe. The Bentayga is the sole-surviving gas model as the other members of the lineup are hybrid. The upcoming addition to the portfolio will skip the combustion engine altogether by becoming the company's first EV . It'll take the shape of an SUV smaller than the Bentayga. Tuchel wants England to feel the heat before World Cup boot camp in Miami
Thomas Tuchel is planning a warm-weather training break for his England squad next March followed by a pre-World Cup boot camp in Miami in June because of concerns about the impact of high temperatures on the players during the tournament in the US. The England head coach has altered the Football Association's usual travel itinerary this week by taking his squad to Barcelona for a six-day training camp to work them hard in the heat before the World Cup qualifier against Andorra on Saturday. Similar trips are on the agenda for next year. Advertisement Related: Tuchel tells Alexander-Arnold to take England defensive role 'very seriously' Tuchel is working with the FA's medical and sports science departments on strategies to mitigate the effects of high temperatures and he is also keen to give the players as much exposure to extreme conditions as possible. The German intends to pay particular attention to the physical condition of the players when attending games at the Club World Cup this month, while the FA will also send operational staff to the tournament in the US to scout for World Cup training bases and hotels. Tuchel is understood to have expressed a preference for a pre-World Cup training camp in Miami in 12 months' time before England move to their tournament base. The location of the base will depend on the December draw. A long-haul trip for warm-weather training during the March international break may be unpopular with club managers concerned about potential burnout before the Premier League and Champions League run-in, but that will not concern Tuchel. Advertisement After his first game in charge against Albania in March, Tuchel warned top-flight managers that he intended to pick his strongest side whenever possible. The 51-year-old also questioned Mikel Arteta's decision to select Declan Rice for the second leg of Arsenal's Champions League last-16 tie against PSV Eindhoven the previous week, given they had won the first leg 7-1. Tuchel will have the freedom to take his side away next season if England win their World Cup qualifying group to avoid the playoffs. The FA would normally stage two lucrative matches at Wembley before a summer tournament but will support Tuchel' s plans to go away if he concludes it is the best preparation for the World Cup. While the destination has yet to be decided the Middle East is a possibility given the world-class training facilities on offer in hot conditions and the smaller time difference compared with travelling to the US. FA sources said the final decision would be made at the end of England's qualifying campaign.
