Hours after the Israeli attack, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and briefed him on the situation. During the call, PM Modi shared India's concerns with Netanyahu and emphasized the need for early restoration of peace and stability in the region.

Evacuation From Iran Begins – June 16
India on Monday began the evacuation of its citizens from Iran. The first batch of 110 Indian nationals have safely crossed into Armenia. They will fly to Delhi on Wednesday.
According to a report in India Today, around 10,000 Indian students are stranded in Iran.
