It looks like the Scots pair will have a new addition in midfield with them next season too.
It has been reported that Napoli were interested in Kevin De Bruyne, as he announced his departure from Manchester City, but now it looks like a case of when, not if for the Belgium international.
That is according to Belgian journalist, Sacha Tavolieri, who took to X earlier today.
In a post, he said: "Kevin De Bruyne is a Napoli player! A full agreement has been reached between all parties, with the medical and official announcement expected next week.
"As previously mentioned, KDB gave his green light to Napoli back on May 12th."
De Bruyne had interest from the MLS, with David Beckham's Inter Miami side acquiring the discovery rights for the midfielder in April, before later relinquishing them.
Chicago Fire were also reportedly interested in the Man City legend.
The midfielder wanted to stay in Europe however, and is now set to link up with Belgium teammate Romelu Lukaku in Naples.
Ex-rival of De Bruyne, McTominay couldn't have had a better debut season in Italy.
He featured 36 times for the Italian champions, scoring 13 and picking up six assists.

The Napoli faithful have taken to the big Scotsman like a duck to water, with the midfielder even having his own shrine in the city.
He has also been named Serie A's 'Most Valuable Player' (MVP) after his incredible season.
Now his Napoli side look to be even stronger next season, who knows what the midfielder will achieve in his second season in Italy.
