FSU baseball vs. Oregon State: Prediction, odds, for Game Two of Corvallis Super Regional
FSU baseball is playing the Oregon State Beavers in their first elimination game of the season. The Seminoles have to win Game Two on Saturday to force a decisive Game Three in the Corvallis Super Regional at Goss Stadium at Coleman Field in Corvallis, Oregon.
Oregon State stunned FSU in the ninth inning of Friday's game, scoring three runs off Joe Charles to force extra innings. The Beavers took care of business in the 10th inning, walking the Seminoles off with a single to win 5-4 and take control of the series. It was the first time the Seminoles had lost this season when leading after eight innings, they were 31-0.
FSU now faces an uphill climb to make it back to the College World Series. The winner of the first game has gone on to the Super Regional 79% of the time since 1999. FSU has advanced to the CWS just once after losing Game One, forcing Game Three two other times, and getting swept seven times.
Here is a look at the updated odds from FanDuel for Game Two of FSU vs. Oregon State, and a prediction for the game.
