Fitness influencer Sophie Guidolin shows off her wild body-building figure - as she reveals how she REALLY achieves her fitness goals
The fitness influencer, 36, posted the striking photo to social media on Tuesday, revealing her washboard abs and muscular legs while posing in a skimpy yellow string bikini.
The Gold Coast mother-of-four exuded confidence and stamina as she flaunted the results of years of intense training and discipline.
She proudly told fans it's not about how often she trains, but the consistency over time that delivers results.
'"How often do you train?" is a very common question I am asked,' Sophie captioned the post.
'Now that I have my (12 years) of muscle mass gained… it is more about the daily habits rather than overdoing it,' she wrote.
Sophie also shared a clip of her relaxing by a pool in a two-piece swimsuit.
The footage highlighted her well-defined abs and powerful physique, which left fans in awe.
Many of Sophie's followers took to the comment section to gush over her incredible figure.
'You look amazing especially after four pregnancies. Very disciplined very inspiring,' one person wrote.
'That's a lot of work. Congrats on the consistency,' added another.
Sophie says she's developed a reputation for her never-ending commitment to healthy living.
Last year, she raised eyebrows by boasting about her youthful looks and claiming she has been asked out by teenage boys.
The mother-of-four shared a video of herself posing in activewear and riding a bike in her bikini, alongside an audio clip of a comedian joking about looking young despite being 'old'.
She penned in a caption: 'POV: the lady in Adairs asked me today if I'm "moving out of my parents" today.
'I then had an 18-year-old ask me out on a date…. Dude… you're almost my son's age AND a 22 year old said she thought I was her age today when she asked me for coffee.
'I'm sorry but what is happening hahahaha (how do I change my Hinge selection… asking for a friend),' she wrote.
Prior to that, Sophie bizarrely claimed to be 30 years old, despite being several years older.
In October 2023, Sophie shared a video to her Instagram Stories about how excited she was feeling about purchasing cheap glass jars at Coles.
'This really is 30 guys,' she joked in the caption.

Sophie Turner left 'retching' after 'vile' snog from A-List star while filming
Sophie Turner has revealed that reuniting with her former Game of Thrones co-star Kit Harington was more than a little awkward - so much so that it left her retching! Film star Sophie Turner says a snog with hunky co-star Kit Harington left them both feeling physically sick. The Game of Thrones colleagues have what they call a sibling-like relationship, forged after playing brother and sister Jon Snow and Sansa Stark in the show. But when the script dropped for upcoming gothic horror movie The Dreadful, things got a little awkward. Sophie, a producer on the film, thought Kit was perfect to play the male lead. But there was one issue - she was playing his potential love interest and the stars were left with a funny feeling after the snog. It comes after reports of Victoria Beckham's four-word comment to Geri Horner amid Spice Girls 'feud'. While on Late Night with Seth Meyers, the 29-year-old confessed: "We put it out of our minds, and then when it came to shooting, we were both retching. It was vile. Honestly, the worst." This comes as Sophie issued a savage response after she was mum-shamed over her kids. Sophie explained that while she hadn't worked with Kit since Game of Thrones wrapped in 2019, their friendly close relationship had continued off-screen. That familiarity made it almost impossible to tackle the romantic scenes they were presented with in the Dreadful. When director Natasha Kermani asked who she envisioned as the male lead in The Dreadful, she knew Kit was the obvious choice. But the reunion wasn't without it's problems, as she recalled on the show how it all got a little weird. She recalled: "I sent the script to Kit, and he came back saying, 'Yeah, I'd love to, but this is going to be really weird, Soph.' Then I went through the script again and it's just kiss, kiss, sex, kiss. And suddenly I realised, oh right, that's my brother." The awkwardness hit straight away, as their very first scene together involved kissing. She joked that even a scene from her thriller Trust, which required her to stay still in a room with cockroaches and rats crawling over her, didn't compare to that moment. "Kissing Kit was still worse," she admitted. The Dreadful is set against the backdrop of the Wars of the Roses in 15th-century England, and follows Anne, played by Sophie, as her fragile existence with her mother-in-law Morwen is upended when a man from her past returns and sparks a dangerous chain of events. The cast also features Oscar winner Marcia Gay Harden, Laurence O'Fuarain, and Jonathan Howard. A release date has yet to be announced, but the film is already generating buzz thanks to its high-profile lead stars. Although Jon Snow 's true Targaryen heritage was revealed later, audiences still strongly associated him with Sansa's family, making the idea of a romance between the two particularly uncomfortable. Sophie previously joked to Vogue: "Sorry guys, it's weird for all of us." This comes after her recent confession that she once accidentally broke up a celebrity couple at a Comic-Con afterparty. A simple wave to an actor her friend admired spiralled into chaos when his fiancée confronted Turner for "flirting" with him. The pair ended their engagement that same night. Turner laughed: "Turns out, they broke their engagement off that night because of my [wave]. I didn't realise I held this power."
