Sophie Guidolin has stunned fans by showcasing her jaw-dropping bodybuilding figure in a sizzling bathroom mirror selfie.
The fitness influencer, 36, posted the striking photo to social media on Tuesday, revealing her washboard abs and muscular legs while posing in a skimpy yellow string bikini.
The Gold Coast mother-of-four exuded confidence and stamina as she flaunted the results of years of intense training and discipline.
She proudly told fans it's not about how often she trains, but the consistency over time that delivers results.
'"How often do you train?" is a very common question I am asked,' Sophie captioned the post.
'Now that I have my (12 years) of muscle mass gained… it is more about the daily habits rather than overdoing it,' she wrote.
Sophie also shared a clip of her relaxing by a pool in a two-piece swimsuit.
The footage highlighted her well-defined abs and powerful physique, which left fans in awe.
Many of Sophie's followers took to the comment section to gush over her incredible figure.
'You look amazing especially after four pregnancies. Very disciplined very inspiring,' one person wrote.
'That's a lot of work. Congrats on the consistency,' added another.
Sophie says she's developed a reputation for her never-ending commitment to healthy living.
Last year, she raised eyebrows by boasting about her youthful looks and claiming she has been asked out by teenage boys.
The mother-of-four shared a video of herself posing in activewear and riding a bike in her bikini, alongside an audio clip of a comedian joking about looking young despite being 'old'.
She penned in a caption: 'POV: the lady in Adairs asked me today if I'm "moving out of my parents" today.
'I then had an 18-year-old ask me out on a date…. Dude… you're almost my son's age AND a 22 year old said she thought I was her age today when she asked me for coffee.
'I'm sorry but what is happening hahahaha (how do I change my Hinge selection… asking for a friend),' she wrote.
Prior to that, Sophie bizarrely claimed to be 30 years old, despite being several years older.
In October 2023, Sophie shared a video to her Instagram Stories about how excited she was feeling about purchasing cheap glass jars at Coles.
'This really is 30 guys,' she joked in the caption.

Love Island fans demand change as they fume brutal twist was 'for nothing'

Love Island 2025 viewers were not impressed by the shenanigans during Wednesday's episode as they said it meant one brutal twist 'was for nothing' and didn't need to happen It's safe to say many Love Island fans wanted a change to the show, after a brutal dumping the day before. But it was the actions of some Islanders in particular that left viewers fuming, suggesting a twist "had been for nothing". On Tuesday night we saw fan favourite Sophie Lee axed from the show. ‌ Her partner Harry had been stolen by Shakira, leaving her single and dropped from the villa. But in the latest episode on Wednesday we saw hints that both Harry and Shakira were interested in others. ‌ Not only did Shakira hear out Ben, but a teaser revealed scenes with Blu. Then there was Harry who was keen to get to know Helena, leaving fans convinced both Harry and Shakira would not stay together. This would mean, according to viewers, poor Sophie went home for nothing. She only left because Shakira chosen Harry, and now it seems she might not even want to stay with him. Viewers raced to X over the scenes calling out the dumping twist, saying the wrong person left. They also claimed the twist was "for nothing" and Sophie didn't even need to leave. One fan said: "Shakira is not feeling Harry, Sophie went home for nothing." Another fan said: "Producers were wrong for dumping Sophie idc," as a third posted: "So what was the point of sending Sophie home if you will end up kissing Blu?" Another post said: "So Shakira chose Harry who actually likes Helena, but Shakira then kisses Blu anyway, so Sophie left for nothing?" A further fan wrote: "So basically Sophie went for no reason at all...." ‌ It comes as viewers confessed they think they already know which former Love Island star is set to enter the famous second villa, Casa Amor. Some viewers are now convinced Sophie's time on the show isn't over. With a recent series seeing a dumped girl return to the villa for Casa Amor, viewers are now speculating Sophie will be back on the show in a matter of weeks, as a bombshell in the second villa. Taking to X, fans guessed the twist would happen with one fan writing: "I reckon Sophie will re-enter the villa as a bombshell by the end of next week at the latest or she will re-enter in Casa Amor." Another said: "Dw Sophie you'll be back in 4 weeks for Casa Amor." ‌ A third viewer begged: "Nah bring Sophie back for Casa Amor she deserves a chance." A fourth fan agreed: "Bring her back for casa amor!!" as a fifth viewer posted: "Gutted for her and bring back Sophie as a bombshell or Casa Amor." The comments kept on coming with one reading: "They better bring Sophie back as a Casa bombshell. Justice for Sophie." Another said: "BRING SOPHIE BACK FOR CASA AMOR!" It comes after Sophie was axed from the show in the latest episode. Despite not initially being at risk of an early exit, the motivational speaker and author was abruptly booted out of the villa after her man Harry was chosen by newly single Shakira. Love Island legend fumes 'big shame' as Sophie is brutally dumped

Sophie Lee was dumped from the Love Island villa last night and former islander Olivia Hawkins has shared her thoughts on the situation following the latest episode A former Love Island star has shared their thoughts on Sophie Lee becoming the first islander to be dumped on the new series. It's included describing the situation as "brutal". Last night's episode of the ITV2 show saw Sophie, 29, leave the villa after Harry Cooksley, who she had been coupled up with, recoupled with Shakira Khan. It meant that Sophie was left single and she had to leave the villa in Majorca, with her being dumped just days into the latest series. ‌ Some fans were not impressed with the outcome of this series' first dumping. Sophie, who has been described as inspirational, had been met with support after opening up about rebuilding her life in the aftermath of receiving burns in an accident involving fire in her early twenties. ‌ Olivia Hawkins, 29, has said that it's "such a shame" that Sophie didn't get longer in the villa. The former islander, who appeared on Love Island back in 2023 before returning for All Stars earlier this year, said she's a "big fan" of her. Olivia told us: "I'm actually a big fan of Sophie. I've followed her for years, and her journey, and I think she's so inspirational. When I saw she joined the cast, I was really excited, so it's such a shame." She added that it's "brutal" when someone has to leave so early on. Olivia said: "I love Love Island, I love the team, but it's so brutal when someone gets dumped after 24 hours, especially when the process takes such a long time, like four or five months, you dedicate your whole world to it." Speaking on behalf of Mecca Bingo, Olivia added: "So, it's such a shame, because I think she would have brought a different dynamic, and I know she would have been a fiery character. I think it's a bit of a loss for the show, but someone had to go, didn't they?" Following her departure, Sophie said: "I just was myself, fully. My silly, wonderful and little bit cautious (but that's just me) self." She also said: "I don't regret anything I've done. I did everything that I wanted to do. And summer's not over!" ‌ Fans shared their disappointed over her being dumped from the villa following the news last night. One wrote on X: "Sad to see her leave." Another said: "They better bring Sophie back as a Casa bombshell. Justice for Sophie." A third said: "I feel bad for Sophie. I was [rooting] for her! She's been through a lot and I wanted her to find someone." Sharing their thoughts, someone else reacted to her departure by writing in a tweet: "Sophie leaving is so unfair." ‌ After landing back in the UK, Sophie expressed her gratitude for the support she's received. She wrote in a post on Instagram today: "What a whirlwind. Thank you all so much for all the love and support. A short but sweet journey." Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.

Love Island's Sophie hits out at co-stars just hours after brutal first dumping

Motivational speaker and author Sophie Lee has appeared to hit out at the boys in the Love Island villa as she breaks her silence on her brutal exit from the ITV2 show Love Island's first dumped star Sophie Lee has hit out at the boys in the villa as she speaks for the first time on her brutal exit. The motivational speaker lost her place in the villa after just one day in a shock twist. Despite not initially being at risk of an early exit, Sophie was abruptly booted out of the villa after her man Harry was chosen by newly single Shakira. It was Shakira who had been told by host Maya Jama in the first episode of the series that she could be leaving within hours. ‌ Shakira had just 24 hours to try and woo a man after her partner Ben was stolen by American bombshell Toni. However, the catch was that the boys had to agree to couple up with her and leave their own partner up for the dumping. ‌ Sadly for Sophie, it meant her time in the villa was over, and she had to pack her bags within just hours of settling in. During the emotional scenes, Sophie appeared visibly shocked, gasping as she learned Harry had been stolen and that she would be going home. Despite her own emotions, Sophie said goodbye to Harry and in a touching moment she wished him the best. Appearing to show no hard feelings, Sophie said: "I gave it everything I could. I'm very grateful for the experience it's taught me so much about who I am, how I communicate and what I am looking for. "I wish Harry all the best, he genuinely deserves a girl who makes him happy." However, since stepping away from the villa it seems Sophie has had a slight change of heart. Returning to her Instagram account hours after her exit, Sophie shared a telling post about what she really thought of her time on the show. She re-posted a graphic from the official Love Island account that detailed what the word "D***matised," means. It explained: "A state of being so infatuated or emotionally and/or sexually captivated by someone, primarily due to the quality or appeal of their sexual performance, that one loses perspective or good judgement." ‌ Sophie added her own comment as she remarked: "Very happy I didn't leave the villa d***matised!" The author had also shared a selfie from Manchester Airport following her swift departure. She said: "Back in my city! What a whirlwind, thank you all so much for all the love and support. A short but sweet journey." In her exit interview, Sophie shared: "I was so ecstatic, I was so nervous, so intrigued… you've never met any of these people, never seen anyone or anything. It's a surreal moment because you've never experienced that in your life. ‌ "I was so excited to meet people, I'm a people's person, especially with my job. I have such a passion for learning people's stories, getting to know people and this is why I think my dating experience is so different; I'm automatically tuned to not judge people by what they look like and to know about their stories before judging them. I just was myself, fully. My silly, wonderful and little bit cautious (but that's just me) self." However, some fans think Sophie's Love Island journey isn't over just yet as they think she'll make a return for Casa Amor. She even appeared to hint at it herself as she added: "I did everything that I wanted to do. And summer's not over!"
