How To Prepare It
Break a small piece of Amaltas wood and soak it in water overnight. The next morning, add fenugreek seeds and Kalonji (black cumin) to the same water and boil the mixture thoroughly. Once done, strain the liquid using a clean cloth and store it in a bottle.
Divide the mixture into two parts. If you prefer, you can add a bit of shampoo to one part. Spray the plain herbal water onto your scalp and hair roots. Let it sit for some time, then rinse thoroughly using the shampoo-mixed water.

This is reported to be the worst performance at AIIMS Gorakhpur in six years. It is believed that there could be a deficiency in the teaching methods, or a significant lapse in student preparation.
