Quds sees systematically increasing demolishment in favor of Judaization

Saba Yemen3 days ago
Occupied Quds - Saba:
The Quds Governorate reported that the Zionist enemy authorities continue their systematic escalation of demolition and forced displacement policies against the Palestinian people in occupied Quds, as part of a comprehensive settlement plan aimed at Judaizing the city and altering its Arab, Islamic, and Christian character.
According to the Palestinian News Agency (Saba) on Tuesday, the so-called "Nature Authority" of the enemy set fire to a residential barracks belonging to citizen Muhammad Hassan al-Hathaleel in the al-Muntar desert, east of the town of al-Sawahra, as part of an attempt to empty the area of its Bedouin residents to serve the settlement annexation project known as "E1".
The municipality added that the enemy forced Qudsi Maher al-Salaymeh to self-demolish his home in the Wadi Qaddum neighborhood of the town of Silwan. The home, which spans 140 square meters and houses seven people, is a scene that echoes the daily tragedy of Palestinians in the face of the enemy's brutality.
The municipality delivered a new demolition order to citizen Ghaleb Da'na, targeting a salon and cafeteria in the same neighborhood. He was forced to demolish part of his facility about 45 days ago to avoid penalties, as part of the Israeli government's road expansion projects.
In a tragic development, the Salaimeh family began emptying their home yesterday morning in preparation for its self-demolition, in an attempt to avoid paying hefty fines imposed on them, despite the fact that the house has been standing for more than 35 years.
The Quds Governorate stated that Israeli authorities have demolished more than 630 residential, commercial, and agricultural facilities since October 7, 2023, while the total number of demolitions during the first half of 2025 alone reached approximately 190. This unprecedented escalation is part of a well-thought-out plan aimed at expanding the borders of the Israeli municipality and annexing the surrounding settlement blocs.
The governorate warned that these policies serve the occupation project known as "Greater Jerusalem," which seeks to separate the city from its Palestinian surroundings and impose new demographic and geographic realities on the ground. This is achieved by establishing a network of settlement roads to connect settlements, particularly in the area extending east of Quds to the Jordan Valley. This is an attempt to uproot Bedouin communities, most notably the Khan al-Ahmar community.
The Quds Governorate reiterates its warning against the intentions of the Israeli occupation authorities to bring the Khan al-Ahmar issue back to the forefront, seeking to completely demolish the community and displace its residents. This is a dangerous step that paves the way for complete control of the eastern part of the city and connecting the Ma'ale Adumim settlement to the rest of the settlements in the West Bank. Several months ago, the governorate authorized the establishment of a new outpost on the hill opposite the Khan al-Ahmar community, which heralds renewed settler intentions to seize the community and displace its residents.
The Quds Governorate called on the international community, human rights organizations, and humanitarian organizations to assume their legal and moral responsibilities in halting the policies of demolition and forced displacement, which constitute war crimes under international law.

Hezbollah: George Abdallah's 41 Years in French Prisons condemnation of Rule of Law & Justice

Beirut – SABA: Hezbollah stated on Thursday that the 41 years spent by Lebanese resistance fighter George Abdallah in French prisons constitute a clear condemnation of France's supposed commitment to the rule of law, justice, freedoms, and human rights, exposing the falsehood of its claimed neutrality and integrity. In a statement received by Yemen News Agency (SABA), the party said: 'The grave injustice suffered by the honorable resistance fighter George Abdallah, and the continued detention despite the expiration of his legal sentence, remains a permanent stain on the record of the French judicial and political system.' The statement added: 'This legal and humanitarian violation exposes how France's democratic and freedom-preserving standards are selective, shaped by political interests, removing it from any logical concept of justice and revealing its blind alignment with the whims and dictates of Washington and Tel Aviv.' While congratulating George Abdallah, Hezbollah praised what it called 'a badge of honor earned through his steadfastness, resilience, and unwavering commitment to his principles of defending justice and the oppressed throughout his imprisonment.' The party described Abdallah as 'a symbol for every prisoner, fighter, and honorable resister who has raised the banner of dignity and pride in the face of tyranny, in defense of human rights, land, and principles.' Hezbollah emphasized that the French judiciary had acknowledged Abdallah's right to be released, and expressed hope that this decision would be implemented immediately without being derailed again by narrow political calculations or succumbing to Zionist and American pressure—which the party says previously blocked his release out of 'malice and injustice against every freedom fighter that George Abdallah represents.' Yemen's Houthis fire ballistic missile at Israel main airport

The Militia targeted Ben Gurion International Airport near Tel Aviv with a "Zulfiqar ballistic missile" and drone, military spokesman Yehya Saree said late Wednesday. In the video statement, he also announced drone attacks on military targets and the southern Israeli port of Eilat. The Houthis have launched repeated missile and drone attacks against Israel since the Gaza war began in October 2023, in solidarity with Palestinians. Israel has carried out several air strikes on Yemen, including on the port city of Hodeida earlier this month. The Israeli military had said that "following the sirens that sounded a short while ago in several areas in Israel, one missile that was launched from Yemen was intercepted". Early on Wednesday, pro-government forces in Yemen said they seized "750 tonnes of weapons" en route from Iran to the Houthis. US Central Command hailed the operation, calling it "the largest seizure of Iranian advanced conventional weapons in their history". Tarek Saleh, who heads the Yemeni National Resistance Forces, said in a post on X that the seizure included "naval and air missile systems, an air defence system, modern radars, drones, monitoring devices, anti-tank missiles, B-10 artillery, tracking lenses, sniper rifles, ammunition, and military equipment". Earlier this month, the Houthis resumed attacks in the Red Sea and Gulf of Aden, targeting ships having links to Israel, to force Israel to end the Gaza war.

Student protests in Taiz in solidarity with Gaza

Taiz (Saba): A number of schools in Taiz Governorate organized student protests in solidarity with Gaza and in support of the Palestinian people. During the protests, students raised the Palestinian flag and held banners and slogans supporting and blessing the heroic operations carried out by the naval and missile forces against the Zionist enemy, which include preventing the passage of ships bound for the occupying entity until the blockade is lifted and food, medicine, and fuel are allowed into the Gaza Strip.
