AC Milan in talks to sign second Arsenal star along with Oleksandr Zinchenko
AC Milan are plotting a double transfer raid at Arsenal as they look to sign Oleksandr Zinchenko and Jakub Kiwior this summer.
Massimiliano Allegri, reappointed Milan boss at the end of May, is eager to rebuild the club's backline after a disappointing eighth place finish last season.
The Rossoneri have already identified Zinchenko as a possible option to replace Theo Hernandez at left-back with the France international in talks with Atletico Madrid after turning down a move to Saudi Arabia.
Gazzetta dello Sport report an emissary from Milan held talks with Arsenal officials on Tuesday this week to discuss a move for the Ukraine international, with the subject of a move to sign Kiwior also broached.
With Malick Thiaw in talks to return to the Bundesliga to join Bayer Leverkusen, the Poland international has emerged as a leading target with Milan appreciating his versatility and experience in Serie A.

Kiwior was signed from Spezia in January 2023, mainly operating as a back-up option for Mikel Arteta.
But the 25-year-old stepped up impressively at the start of April after Gabriel Magalhaes was ruled out with a hamstring injury, filling the void alongside William Saliba.
While Kiwior proved his worth to the squad, Arsenal are reportedly looking at other options at centre-half with Crystal Palace star Marc Guehi among them.
It remains to be seen whether Arteta is willing to let Kiwior leave north London.
The versatile defender started Arsenal's last eight games of the Premier League campaign in Gabriel's absence, also ever-present in the Champions League quarter-final and semi-finals clashes with Real Madrid and eventual champions Paris Saint-Germain.
Zinchenko meanwhile was limited to just five Premier League starts with Myles Lewis-Skelly emerging as Arteta's firm first-choice at left-back with Riccardo Calafiori also competing for minutes. More Trending
Milan believe he will be available for less than €15million but his reported wages of £150,000-a-week could pose a problem for the Rossoneri.
Kieran Tierney this week sealed his return to Celtic with Arsenal banking around £6million from Nuno Tavares' permanent move to Lazio.
Jorginho has also left the club having reached the end of his contract, joining Brazilian side Flamengo.

As Liverpool look set to eclipse their club record transfer fee to sign Florian Wirtz from Bayer Leverkusen, many fans may remember the leaked text FSG sent to Jurgen Klopp With Liverpool on the verge of shattering their record transfer fee to sign Florian Wirtz, supporters may remember a leaked text from Fenway Sports Group. The Reds recently submitted a bid of £100milllion plus £14m of add-ons to Bayer Leverkusen, and while negotiations are still ongoing, they remain confident of wrapping up a deal. The Merseysiders are doing all they can to bring in the 22-year-old Germany international. And his arrival would dwarf their previous transfer record, which saw them spend £75m on Virgil van Dijk in the 2018 January transfer window. Wirtz is widely admired around Europe and was heavily linked with Manchester City and Bayern Munich. His likely arrival is a statement of intent from owners FSG, who were often reluctant to spent £100m in a single transfer window, let alone on one player. In Klopp's final summer transfer window they fully took on Klopp's advice, as they rebuilt their midfield by signing Dominik Szoboszlai, Alexis Mac Allister, Ryan Gravenberch and Wataru Endo for a combined £155m. After Klopp walked away, many were surprised that Arne Slot was only able to sign Federico Chiesa in his first two transfer windows. But after winning the Premier League, FSG have shown the kind of spending intent usually seen by City, United and Chelsea. The way in which they have quickly moved for Wirtz highlights FSG's proactiveness, and that they are no longer afraid to break the bank to sign a potential game-changer. Full-back Jeremie Frimpong has already arrived this summer for £29.5m, while £45m Bournemouth left-back Milos Kerkez looks likely to arrive too, so Liverpool are clearly looking to build on their title triumph from Slot's first season. And it's a stark contract from the text message they left for Klopp all those years ago.

Record Sport first revealed the Maccabi Tel Aviv man is a target for the Light Blues. And his name could be an indication of how Rangers' new owners 49ers Enterprises aim to share information between the Ibrox club and Leeds United. That's because the 21-year-old was heavily linked with the Yorkshire club - before we revealed the bombshell American takeover exclusive. We told you in February of the bid for ownership by a US-based consortium. However, talks had been going on long before that for such a complex deal. And it was in December last year that Leeds United were first linked with the Israeli. Daniel Farke's men were keen to bolster their squad as they chased their eventually successful bid for promotion to the Premier League. A deal wasn't concluded but back in March of this year it emerged Rangers had watched Turgeman in action for Maccabi Tel Aviv in the Europa League and games for Israel against Estonia and Norway in March. Coincidence? Surely not. News of the Rangers takeover by Leeds United 's owners had exploded by then and it's more likely they had started sharing information. The American group have their own player databases and that is likely to be exploited, with the Elland Road side likely aiming for a higher profile players now they have reached the Premier League promised land. But Turgeman, who stands at 6ft 1in tall and can play as a central striker or on the left wing, is under contract with Maccabi Tel Aviv until the summer of 2026, would fit the bill for Rangers He started his youth career at Ashdod before moving to Bloomfield Stadium in 2018. He spent a season on loan at Beitar Tel Aviv Bat Yam between 2021 and 2022 before breaking into the first-team picture at Maccabi. His manager Zarko Lazetic described him as a 'beast on the football pitch' and around the time of Leeds United's interest, didn't want to sell at any price, saying only a 'fairytale offer' would tempt him to part company. Rangers have been told that £4million won't be enough for the Israelis to sell and they will have to raise any offer.
