Miley Cyrus Announces Visual Album "Something Beautiful": Here's When It Arrives

Yara Sameh
Miley Cyrus has announced her upcoming visual album, 'Something Beautiful,' set for release on May 30.
Though details surrounding the record are scarce, the singer revealed that her ninth album will feature 13 original tracks and is executive produced by Cyrus and Shawn Everett, who previously worked with Kacey Musgraves and Alabama Shakes. She also revealed the album cover, shot by Glen Luchford and showing Cyrus in archival 1997 Thierry Mugler couture.
The album is available for preorder in various formats including signed vinyl and CDs, limited-edition vinyl, and two box sets featuring collectibles.
Cyrus has been teasing 'Something Beautiful' over the past week, with her social media accounts changing headers to hint at the album title and posters and billboards popping up in Brazil, the Netherlands, and Argentina.
The singer last released 'Endless Summer Vacation' in March 2023 led by the single 'Flowers.' That song became a massive hit for Cyrus, spending eight weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and breaking numerous streaming records.
'Flowers' won the Grammys last year for Record of the Year and Best Pop Solo Performance, while 'Endless' was nominated for Album of the Year and Best Pop Vocal Album.
'Flowers' is currently at the focus of a copyright lawsuit brought by Tempo Music Investments in September 2024 that accuses Cyrus of copying Bruno Mars' 'When I Was Your Man.'
Tempo owns the catalog rights of 'When I Was Your Man' co-writer Philip Lawrence, and last week, a judge denied Cyrus' request to dismiss the suit, clearing the path towards a trial.

Italy to Impose €18,000 Fine for Throwing Litter from Cars

Israa Farhan Italy is set to enforce severe penalties on drivers who illegally dispose of rubbish from their vehicles. Starting next Saturday, motorists could face fines of up to €18,000 (£15,200) for discarding waste from car windows onto roads or roadside areas. The move aims to tackle littering, which has long been a problem on Italy's streets and highways. Current laws already impose fines of up to €1,188 for throwing items such as tissues, plastic bottles, and cigarette butts. However, under the new legislation, offenders who litter in protected nature reserves or conservation areas risk having their driving licences revoked and could even face prison sentences. In a significant shift from previous rules, police will no longer need to catch offenders in the act. Instead, video surveillance footage will be sufficient to issue fines and pursue legal action. The Italian government hopes the tougher measures will serve as a strong deterrent and help preserve the country's natural landscapes. read more Gold prices rise, 21 Karat at EGP 3685 NATO's Role in Israeli-Palestinian Conflict US Expresses 'Strong Opposition' to New Turkish Military Operation in Syria Shoukry Meets Director-General of FAO Lavrov: confrontation bet. nuclear powers must be avoided News Iran Summons French Ambassador over Foreign Minister Remarks News Aboul Gheit Condemns Israeli Escalation in West Bank News Greek PM: Athens Plays Key Role in Improving Energy Security in Region News One Person Injured in Explosion at Ukrainian Embassy in Madrid Videos & Features Story behind Trending Jessica Radcliffe Death Video News Israeli-Linked Hadassah Clinic in Moscow Treats Wounded Iranian IRGC Fighters Arts & Culture "Jurassic World Rebirth" Gets Streaming Date News China Launches Largest Ever Aircraft Carrier News Ayat Khaddoura's Final Video Captures Bombardment of Beit Lahia Business Egyptian Pound Undervalued by 30%, Says Goldman Sachs Videos & Features Tragedy Overshadows MC Alger Championship Celebration: One Fan Dead, 11 Injured After Stadium Fall Arts & Culture South Korean Actress Kang Seo-ha Dies at 31 after Cancer Battle Lifestyle Get to Know 2025 Eid Al Adha Prayer Times in Egypt Arts & Culture Lebanese Media: Fayrouz Collapses after Death of Ziad Rahbani
