Pakistan Condemns Storming of Al-Aqsa Mosque, Escalating Israeli Atrocities

SEENEWS Pakistan strongly condemns the provocative storming of Al-Aqsa Mosque and the escalating Israeli atrocities. These reprehensible acts, including violations at multiple entrances of the Mosque, are a direct assault on the sanctity, historical character, and legal status of the revered Muslim holy site. Such reprehensible actions not only deeply offend the sentiments of Muslims worldwide but also risk igniting further unrest in an already volatile environment. These are clear violations of international law and must be halted immediately. Furthermore, the ongoing targeting of innocent Palestinian civilians in Gaza by the Israeli occupying power is a matter of deep concern . The killing of nearly 100 Palestinian civilians in the last 24 hours alone, including those waiting near food distribution sites, shows the continued impunity with which Israeli occupying forces continue to commit crimes against humanity. We call upon the international community to take urgent and meaningful action to stop these atrocities and to hold Israeli occupying forces accountable for their blatant and systematic violations of international law. We also call for ensuring unfettered humanitarian access to millions in Gaza, as well as to preserve the sanctity and the historical and legal status of Al-Aqsa Mosque . Pakistan reaffirms its unwavering support for the Palestinian people and their just struggle for their right to self-determination. We reiterate our call for the establishment of an independent, viable, and contiguous Palestinian State, based on the pre-1967 borders, with Al-Quds Al-Sharif as its capital. read more Gold prices rise, 21 Karat at EGP 3685 NATO's Role in Israeli-Palestinian Conflict US Expresses 'Strong Opposition' to New Turkish Military Operation in Syria Shoukry Meets Director-General of FAO Lavrov: confrontation bet. nuclear powers must be avoided News Iran Summons French Ambassador over Foreign Minister Remarks News Aboul Gheit Condemns Israeli Escalation in West Bank News Greek PM: Athens Plays Key Role in Improving Energy Security in Region News One Person Injured in Explosion at Ukrainian Embassy in Madrid News China Launches Largest Ever Aircraft Carrier Sports Former Al Zamalek Player Ibrahim Shika Passes away after Long Battle with Cancer Sports Neymar Announced for Brazil's Preliminary List for 2026 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers News Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouly Inaugurates Two Indian Companies Arts & Culture New Archaeological Discovery from 26th Dynasty Uncovered in Karnak Temple Business Fear & Greed Index Plummets to Lowest Level Ever Recorded amid Global Trade War Arts & Culture Zahi Hawass: Claims of Columns Beneath the Pyramid of Khafre Are Lies News Flights suspended at Port Sudan Airport after Drone Attacks News Shell Unveils Cost-Cutting, LNG Growth Plan Videos & Features Video: Trending Lifestyle TikToker Valeria Márquez Shot Dead during Live Stream

AP calls on int'l community to take urgent action to bring war of extermination in Gaza to halt

CAIRO, June 4 (MENA) - The Arab Parliament (AP) called on the international community and the UN Security Council to take urgent and immediate action to stop the war of extermination in the Gaza Strip, provide international protection for the Palestinian people and support Palestinians' legitimate struggle to establish their independent, sovereign state In a statement issued Wednesday - on the occasion of the 58th anniversary of the June 5, 1967, setback - the AP called on rejecting all illegal unilateral measures aimed at changing the geographic and demographic character of the Palestinian territories, particularly in Al-Quds (East Jerusalem). This painful event in the history of the Arab nation represents a turning point that left deep marks on the conscience of the Arab peoples and embodies the magnitude of the challenges facing the nation in its pursuit of regaining its legitimate rights, the statement read. The AP said the Palestinian cause will remain the primary and central issue of the Arab nation and that achieving security, stability, development and social justice in the region and the world as a whole requires resolving the Palestinian issue and ensuring that the Palestinian people attain their legitimate rights of freedom, independence and establishment of their independent state with East Jerusalem as its capital. The AP held Israeli occupation fully responsible for the continued conflict in the region, as a result of its aggressive and systematic policies, the genocidal war in the Gaza Strip, the West Bank and East Jerusalem, the statement said. It also referred to horrific Israeli crimes against civilians, Israeli policy of starvation and siege and repeated incursions into Palestinian cities and Al-Aqsa Mosque. The statement also drew light on Israeli occupation escalation of its settlement activities to impose a new reality on the ground violating international law and international legitimacy resolutions. The AP affirmed its continued parliamentary and diplomatic efforts in regional and international forums to support the Palestinian cause, expose the practices of the occupying entity and bring perpetrators of crimes into account before international courts. The Arab League calls on the world to compel Israel to halt its aggression

Amir Hagag The General Secretariat of the League of Arab States (Palestine and Occupied Arab Territories) commemorates the 58th anniversary of the Naksa (Naksa), which marked a tragic turning point in the Arab-Israeli conflict following the 1967 Israeli aggression, which resulted in the occupation of the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, the Gaza Strip, and the occupied Syrian Golan Heights. The Arab League affirmed that the repercussions of this aggression continue to this day and are clearly evident in the bloody war waged by Israel against the Palestinian people for more than 600 days, particularly in the Gaza Strip, where the attacks have resulted in the deaths of more than 200,000 people, the majority of whom are women and children, in addition to the forced displacement of approximately two million Palestinians. The League warned against the escalation of the occupation's expansionist colonial policies and its grave violations of international law and international humanitarian law, including through illegal settlement construction, the demolition of homes, the confiscation of land, attacks on holy sites, and the imposition of a financial and political blockade on the Palestinian Authority. The General Secretariat reiterated its call for the international community to implement relevant UN resolutions, most notably Resolutions 242 and 338, and to compel Israel to halt its aggression, open the crossings immediately, allow unimpeded humanitarian aid, and provide the necessary support to UNRWA. It also called for effective international action to end the occupation and enable the Palestinian people to exercise their right to self-determination and establish their independent, sovereign state on the June 4, 1967, borders, with East Jerusalem as its capital, in accordance with the Arab Peace Initiative. The General Secretariat emphasized the importance of participating in the international peace conference scheduled to be held this month in New York, calling on countries that have not yet recognized the State of Palestine to take this step in support of the two-state solution and to ensure peace and stability in the region. read more Gold prices rise, 21 Karat at EGP 3685 NATO's Role in Israeli-Palestinian Conflict US Expresses 'Strong Opposition' to New Turkish Military Operation in Syria Shoukry Meets Director-General of FAO Lavrov: confrontation bet. nuclear powers must be avoided News Iran Summons French Ambassador over Foreign Minister Remarks News Aboul Gheit Condemns Israeli Escalation in West Bank News Greek PM: Athens Plays Key Role in Improving Energy Security in Region News One Person Injured in Explosion at Ukrainian Embassy in Madrid News China Launches Largest Ever Aircraft Carrier News Australia Fines Telegram $600,000 Over Terrorism, Child Abuse Content Sports Former Al Zamalek Player Ibrahim Shika Passes away after Long Battle with Cancer Sports Neymar Announced for Brazil's Preliminary List for 2026 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers News Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouly Inaugurates Two Indian Companies Arts & Culture New Archaeological Discovery from 26th Dynasty Uncovered in Karnak Temple Business Fear & Greed Index Plummets to Lowest Level Ever Recorded amid Global Trade War Arts & Culture Zahi Hawass: Claims of Columns Beneath the Pyramid of Khafre Are Lies News Flights suspended at Port Sudan Airport after Drone Attacks News Shell Unveils Cost-Cutting, LNG Growth Plan
